If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've been waiting over 5 months for my Xolair Rx to be filled by Accredo. I call at least twice a week for an update and I keep getting told the same thing. "We'll expedite your request and call you to schedule delivery within 2 business days." Those days come and go, so I call again, and I'm met with the same story. My doctors office has called multiple times as well. Absolutely ridiculous! My insurance is literally willing to cover the cost completely, yet because I can't get my Rx delivered from Accredo, I have to pay out of pocket for a doctors visit each time they give me a sample. Beyond frustrating.

I've had a great experience with this pharmacy. Other than one representative being incredibly rude and unhelpful, they have been wonderful. Everyone else that I've spoke with has been friendly and helpful. I was told once that they'd call me with information and I didn't get a call back, but I just called and they helped me get things resolved immediately. As with any health organization, the patient needs to take responsibility for their own healthcare.

If I could give this "specialty" pharmacy a negative rating I absolutely would. It is horrible that I'm forced to use this group. I've been on the same specialty drug for 3 years and every six months it is a struggle to get it filled. My doctor's office has to call NUMEROUS times and it always makes my monthly medication late. I'm SO OVER this place. I wish there was something that could be done about pharmacies that don't care about patients!

Lost orders, multiple accounts created resulting in ongoing confus from customer service, disconnected by customer service representatives- every single prescription refill, every single month. It takes well over 45 minutes to fill one prescription- every single time. We have our benefit broker involved and still no help. This is the most frustrating and inefficient pharmacy I have ever worked with.

If I could use another specialty pharmacy I would. Unfortunately, my insurance forced me to use Accredo. This company will drop the ball on you and lie, all while providing subpar service via the customer care team.

Well, if I could give no stars, I would. I’ve never had more issues getting my medication. They say they’ll call back, they don’t. They say they’ll help, they don’t. The app doesn’t work. The website sucks. No one is competent. I’m so upset I have to use them to get the medication that I NEED TO LIVE. If you have a choice, save yourself time, energy and sanity and run far away from Accredo.

I am forced to use this because of my insurance plan and after receiving a new authorization the end of July 2023, they are telling me they need proof of authorization, after already sending my first refill in August. On top of that, I had to provide patient copay assistance information to them 3 different times before they finally recorded it in my account, and when they did submit it, they never applied it to my balance and kept billing me till I finally called them. They are absolutely incompetent! I'm so disappointed in forced to use this place!

Just like all the other reviews, this is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I am FORCED to use this horrible company by my wonderful insurance company Cigna. I think it’s awful that I don’t have a say where I can get my prescriptions from when I am paying for insurance. I have an option to choose an in/out of network physician, why don’t I have the same option for my prescriptions? I am BEYOND frustrated and disgusted. If you are lucky enough to have an “option” I say RUN! Stay away from this disgrace of a company. They shouldn’t even be allowed to be in business.

Not sure if reading other peoples reviews make me feel better that I am in the same boat and it’s not just me or worse that other people are going through what I’m going through. I’ve been trying to get them to ship my medication for several weeks and they keep asking if I want to talk to a pharmacist about missing a dose and I say yes because it is their fault that I keep missing a dose. They keep telling me it will be delivered and then I get a call on the day of delivery saying there is an issue and that they can ship it in two weeks. So frustrating! They definitely don’t care about their patients getting important medications on time. I wish my insurance had a better option for a specialty pharmacy.

Beyond inept. Congress should investigate and look at the cozy relationship Directors have with Cigna and others. Many would like to know what's really going on. I firmly believe this firm through neglect and mismanagement has lead to patients suffering significant medical challenges (or worse). I know this speaking from experience with indisputable evidence if anyone there wants to try me (I welcome it BTW).

Dealing with this company feels like dealing with a some sort of Medicaid scam group. At this point I'm honestly not sure if they're a legit company or not. I had to contact the drug manufacture, BBB and state attorney general to try and get some resolution. The drug manufacturers have the biggest interest in making their drugs readily available. I suggest you do the same, companies like this rely on people just giving up. Document everything. If you have negative health outcomes due to Accredo behavior contact a lawyer who may take your case with no payment.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! I would give them negative stars if possible. We have been trying since December to get my son’s prescription filled and every time we call, they tell me that it’s been submitted and somebody will call in 24-48 hours to schedule and it never happens.I have been escalated to supervisors every other day for the last 2 weeks when the shipment has been canceled and they promise me that they will look into it and see it though to the end. I’ve never heard back from any of them.It is incredibly frustrating. They are keeping my 8 year old from getting the prescription he needs because they can’t get it together to fill it. This is the specialty pharmacy my insurance uses and my only option. I’m at a complete loss at the total incompetence this pharmacy has. I can’t believe they are in business.

Leaving a 1-star review because I can't enter 0-stars.The 1-star reviews say it all. They are absolutely the worst. I can think of no redeeming quality about this company and I feel sorry for any good and decent human being employed by this dumpster fire disguised as a company.If it can go wrong, it will. Need a call back? Nope. Will you get a call back when they say they will? Nope. Medication shows up on the website that can't be fulfilled. Yup. That one wasted 3 weeks of my time until I learned that it required a new prescription (after being told it did not need a new prescription) and only THEN did it magically vanish from the website. Will you receive completely useless information from the call center? Absolutely. Will they waste your time asking redundant questions when all they need to do is review the call log? 100%. When you ask for medication to be expedited due to their own incompetence and delays will it arrive on Tuesday when they say it will? Not a chance.I would also like to issue a robust thank you to Cigna (another useless gem of an institution) for forcing me to use this pharmacy.

My insurance transferred from CVS Specialty Pharmacy and the experience has been terrible. They take forever to process the delivery request for my medication. The callers are not knowledgeable and are unable to answer questions or assist with basic requests. Terrible service overall.

This is the worst pharmacy. They lie and tell you someone will call back to schedule the delivery and no one ever does. We have been on the phone with this people for more than five hours every month just to get a refill for my son. All they do is transfer you over and over, make you wait for literally hours, plus you have to repeat yourself the five times they transferred you. At the end they tell you someone will call. They do not care and they lie.
