Awful. Rarely, do I get any medication without several phone calls. You literally have to babysit a prescription through the entire, convoluted process. Incredible that in today’s world, it’s *this* hard to get a prescription filled.

They are awful and the only specialty pharmacy Regence Blue Cross allows. Phone wait time is extremely long. They prevented filling an approved medication for asthma when the prescription was switched from infusion clinic to them, for over 7 weeks. I ended up in hospital.

They really suck. I'm forced to use them. My $26K per month cancer med was delayed and they were of no assistance in even notifying me and/or helping to retify the situation. Needless to say, I went without my life saving meds for several weeks thanks to them.
