Its very disappointing they are very inconsistent with their "hours of operation "..posted hours say close at 5:30 PM however I have gone several times before 5 and get turned away when all I want is to use the dump amenities. They must not need the business, ill be going elsewhere each week.

Jerrod was the friendliest and most helpful face we have met in a long time. We are newbies to RVING and we were worried about dumping and filling water tanks for the first time. We were greatful that we were able to come with convenient business hours. Jarrod also told us about beautiful well kept lot where other RVS are stored. Reasonable prices and property manager lives on site. Always ensuring safe storage. Great guy great place!

I am so happy with this place! The Price is very reasonable. Have always had a good Experience and the Manager has always taken great care of us, through the years! He always keeps the Property looking clean. And the big part of Security is the fact he watches it very closely! I only wish some of the folks coming into use the sewer service, would not give this man grief. Because as a tenant I APPRECIATE the extra precautions that are taken, to make sure the station stays clean for me and other tenants. And for our SECURITY! I highly recommend this facility!!

A Discount Storage is truly a gem! We are so glad to have found such a safe place to store our 5th wheel. The dump station is easy to use and such a perk to have right in the lot where we store our rig. The prices are very reasonable. And the manager, Jarrod, is such a kind and accommodating man. He cares deeply about the property and takes immaculate care of the grounds. We come in and out of the lot frequently and have never had anything but great experiences. I highly recommend A Discount Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility!

I do not know about the storage facility here but the way the dump is ran is a little more than frustrating. There are several rules if you want to dump here. First you must call in advance and make an appointment. Second they want you to bring $22 cash. When you arrive the man that works there hounds you on who you are, have you dumped there before, do you know the rules etc... My last and final attempt at using this facility for its dump I was told I would have to reverse my trailer out into the street when I was finished because I was long and he could not let me drive through the lot (29 foot travel trailer). I have dumped this unit in the past and was allowed to pull through the lot. I believe that the man running the operation does not want outside people/me dumping at the storage lot facility as advertised because the rules are ever changing and the customer service is very abrasive. I will take my unit elsewhere from now on.

Their website states that they are open until 6 PM. When I arrived at 5PM to utilize the dump facility I was told that I could not dump because they now closed at 5 PM. Please update the info on your website so nobody else wastes a trip there to be rudely turned away for believing what is clearly posted on the website.
