The owner fires his employees for “stealing” and threating on not getting my brother last paycheck. Mutiple times he’s fired employees for the same reason. His disrespectful to his employees and customers. I would not even try to walk in there.

I went into that store for the first time in 6 yrs. Well let's says there's a reason I rated this one star. 6 yrs ago he tried taking my maturity leave from me after having my daughter and asked I would come in every day saying I could leave my kid in the back room. When I had my child 4 hours after finishing my shift. He also tried firing me while in the hospital right after I delivered my baby. And getting my taxes was a pain he tried holding them from me at a point. When I called he called me the b word. This is the store general manager named jerrel Smith that did this to me. Now to today he yells I remember you I don't want you in my store. Even tho he was always failing the cigarette test and was breaking laws with me while working there. This place needs to be shut down. I will also say I'm not the only person he has done this to. He needs to apologize to me if he wants this taken down and a behavior change. He cannot keep treating people however he wants when he is the store general manager. This is the reason no one stays working for him. And while a family member is in there paying he is talking crap about me to the other employee in front of her. If corporate sees this please understand I didn't make it pass the door and get a new manager there or new owner who will do what it takes.

Absolutely horrible experience! My mother with two bad knees went into the 7/11 purchased gas and snacks by the time she made it out to the car which was no longer than 2 minutes to pump the gas and it wasn’t activated at the pump then she had go all the way back in TYLER the wonderful clerk told my disabled mother it was on her so I went in to talk to Tyler. He acted like a little tough guy punching his fist into his hand and told me when I contact his manger he hopes it blows up in my face. Great customer service! We went across the street to the circle k this 7/1 is absolute trash

A big sign says $1 Big Bite hot dogs, unlimited per customer, buy up to 40 for $40. Well, they charged me full price for 2 dogs and refused to sell them to me for $1 each, as advertised. Even other customers were shocked that the clerks couldn't read their own signs and charge prices as advertised.

This 7/11 is great! Amazing employees, always chill and friendly. The GaiaOsiris commenter is way out of line and has been cited for harassment and stalking toward one of the employees. I really hope google takes her comment down as it is hateful and unnecessary and really has nothing to do with the actual function of the store or has any concrete say on the staff.

Terrible just had the lady at the counter yell at me because their credit card processing machine barely works. Scoffing and sighing like she has something better to do while she sits behind the counter flirting with another coworker

One thing is certain if the older lady is working, you'll get zero customer service, she'll probably be on the phone taking personal calls, she'll touch her face and rub her nose all over and then has to touch all your stuff to scan it, this is the most disgusting person and a total health hazard to the public
