Went in to purchase ZIGZAG wraps today. This location keeps changing the prices. Average price in the area for same is approximately $1.25. Also, be easy if using credit/debit cards here. An attempt was made to use my card and it was determined by my bank that a skimmer was used in their card reader.

I came to make a deposit for my chime account. And was told to go to another 7-11 after 8pm they won’t do it. I won’t waste my time Coming to this 7-11 anymore. I never had this problem in Miami FL at any 7-11.

DO NOT GET THE HOT FOOD! If you look on the label, all of the times will be breakfast times! I go in no earlier than 12pm noon and have not seen an expiration time later than 9:45 am! They are up there 2-3 past the time they go bad and they will keep it up there and happily sell it to you!

The cashier with broken English refused to scan my valid coupon. Wasting my time and money. Do not come to this 7-eleven unless you want the 3rd world experience.

This is a pretty awful 7-Eleven there is an older man who works here and is always giving me a hard time with my cards. I believe he doesn't really understand the point of sale he uses. Just last night I was charged double because he claimed something was wrong with my card. Nothing was wrong and he got twice the money off of me.

I use this 7-Eleven pretty often as I work in the neighborhood. I will not be going here anymore considering the treatment I recieved this morning. I had purchased a Esco Bar Pastel Cartel yesterday afternoon and hadn't opened it until this morning because I was still using my previous one. The new one I opened this morning did not work straight out of the box. I immediately called this location and a gal answered and I explained the situation. She said that a manager was on location and to come in and they would help me out. I was there within ten minutes. I explained the issue to the man behind the counter wearing a Truly hat and he told me there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to a manager as that was the reason I was there and he said there was no manager on site that day. He was taunting me and laughing at me and my situation and even went as far as to call me a liar claiming I did not purchase it from there. I was not offered a receipt upon that purchase but I was willing to show him my bank statement and he could have easily checked the footage at the time I was there the day before. He did not want to. Instead, it seemed like he faked a phone call to the manager. While he was doing that, a customer behind me started calling me a "Karen" and proceeded to get louder with me because she was having a bad day. The man behind the counter laughed at me along with her as she told me to get out. The workers did nothing as she berated me. I left with no refund, no exchange and now out $23 all because someone did not want to exchange a faulted product. After further investigation, I realized that there is a Bar Code on the side of the packaging I purchased and it turns out that this is a knock off box and does not register on the Pastel Cartel website. So not only did 7-Eleven scam me for my money with a faulty product, they are selling knock offs and profiting off of them. I will not be returning.

I use this 711 when I'm at my daughter's house and every time I'm there I never am charged the same price for a refill soda drink which is outrageous I was just charged $1.68 for a refill.

I tried to order through them, got over charged, waited for an hour and a half just to be told my order got cancelled and I'm still being charged a full amount. Honestly thought I got scammed. Tried to make up for their mistake with a free delivery voucher. Never want anything to do with them again

Accept payment, didn’t offer me my 20 cents in change (I know it’s not a lot but I’m in high school and collect my change to save up) and when I asked for it I was told that I would not be getting my change and I was all good to leave. I will not being doing business here unless absolutely necessary.

I do armed Security and I come to this location on Broadway and Dartmouth here in Denver, CO. I do not have access to a bathroom when I am on duty. My normal guy was not at this location tonight. He knows that I am an over night guard and have no access to a restroom what so ever and I work 12 hr shifts 3 days a week. Well today I was disrespected by a guy who seems to be new. When I told him I have no access to bathroom be handed me the bathroom key and looked at me like he was just disgusted with me as a female just asking for the bathroom key. When I was done, I put the key down and said thank you!. As I was getting into my car he looked at me twice through the window and was saying something, which was disrespectful! My normal cashier guy is always respectful and had the key ready for me. I have a severe medical issues with my ovaries! I'm always greeted with "Hello, how have you been or where have you been, I haven't seen you. Hope you're okay" I felt very disrespected, especially as a female in Security! Please fix this because that was not customer service!

Terrible customer service from the gentleman working 4/18/2021 around 1:00 AM I used the tire pump and it didn’t work. Requested a refund and he said I couldn’t price I used the air pump even though 5 minutes before I walked inside and exchanged 5 dimes for quarters because the machine only took quarters. Keep the $1.50 but he knows his machine doesn’t work. Wouldn’t do anything about it. Bum of a worker that night.
