This company is a blight on the city of Englewood Colorado. They never pick up the garbage around the building and there’s weeds growing everywhere and they are never able to be contacted in order to clean it up. It just goes to show that unless a property is locally owned. It is simply something to be some drive time management that is located in Florida. They are unresponsive, and I intend contact the city of Englewood to address the issue with this corporation.

When you try and call them they never pick up the phone the owner needs to replace the office staff with people who will answer the phone

I have sent 2 emails inquiring about leasing information and have called 4 times. I am not able to get someone on the phone or someone to respond to either of my emails. I was very interested in leasing here but the lack of any semblance of customer service has me rethinking the whole thing. Super disappointing.

We had a great move-in at 201Lofts and are still pretty happy with the pricing, amenities, and location. The property manager seems spread pretty thin, but she is incredibly understanding and willing to work with new residents. The maintenance guy is great, but he's taking on a different positions now :(Overall, we've had a safe, quiet, good experience here so far.Others have noted homeless people and trash backups, but we've seen none of those in the building.

Amazing location next to King Soopers and the light rail. Apartment is modern and clean and I like that it’s a quiet small building.

After living here for over a year, below is my honest and direct review of my TERRIBLE experience living in this building. The good:- convenient location to restaurants, stores, and light rail- great mountain views from a lot of the unitsThe bad:- Tons of excessive fees and other hidden charges. Our "rent" is $1,250 per month for our one bedroom, but after all all of the extra charges it is always $1,500+- The trash dumpsters sit out in a completely unsecured alley. So really the trash dumpsters are used by the whole city of Englewood, as people dump furniture and other large items in the middle of the night. As tenants, we have to pay for all of this.- Terrible management, we've gone through 3 property managers in a year and have not been able to get a hold of the most recent one in over a week to simply confirm our move out date.- Not a secure building, I personally found 3 individuals living and sleeping in our enclosed stairwell during my time here. In one case, they were also smoking and after a week of the smell permeating our unit we finally figured out what was happening (no help from the management, they actually accused us of smoking after we had already reached out about them about the smell).- The area around the building is constantly covered in trash, dog poop, and other disgusting items and is cleaned up maybe once very few months- There have been multiple car break ins and bike thefts from the enclosed garage (supposedly secure and pricey extra month charge to use). And despite repeated requests for cameras or some kind of improved security, the building has taken zero measure besides putting up an extra "no trespassing" sign.- Thin floors, I've spent the last year tip toeing after noise complaints for walking too loudly.- Zero storage for purchase or otherwise- Cheap matte wall paint, basically if you even slightly bump a wall with anything it is going leave a mark.

I have lived here for about 2 years. I will start with the good. Maintenance fixes things pretty fast. We have a lot of space inside probably more than we need. There are some friendly residents who live here too so thats been nice. The light rail is a 12 min walk and its convienent to grab groceries since the building is right behind King Soopers. As far as areas of improvement go you have to fight for parking for starters. There isn't even enough street parking and Englewood Police love to give out tickets. My husbands car got towed and that was a very stressful situation thanks to management. Also, I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around. Since the kids have moved out it hasn't been as bad but now I hear my new neighbors having sex at 3am. The walls are pretty thin if you have inconsiderate neighbors. There are a bunch of homeless people around which goes with the territory . The other day when I went to take out the trash there was a lady digging around in the dumpster. The homeless people around here aren't dangerous but the dollar store parking lot across the street has frequent drug deals. At one point there was a squatter here who claimed residency here and sold meth out of his creepy van in the apartment parking. This kitchen has Ikea fixtures which are cheapthe inside paint on the walls scratches off if you brush it too hard.Other than that its not bad living here but the price is kinda crazy. You can literally live 15mins away in DTC and actually have amenities like a gym, hot tub, pool, guest parking, and onsite leasing office, for the exact same price.
