I was offered a free pulse oximeter if I gave my number. When the rep called I mentioned it he played stupid I asked to hold so I can find the message and he hung up on me.

If I could rate this at a negative 5* I would. Total rip off make sure to read the BBB reviews before buying any of these products.
Let me tell you about my experience. My "salesperson I was speaking with was Jake Love. And wow what a lying little person he was. I spent quite a bit of time with him on the phone explaining to him my wife's situation and was very clear about what I was looking for. I specifically told him I needed a continuous flow concentrator. And he proceeded to tell me about this particular unit that would be perfect for her. It was a - Lifestyle Rhythm P2-S4 Concentrator. And that these were outselling the inogen models. Of course I was suppose to get a bunch of extra hose at no charge and a couple extra canulas. Also told him how urgent that we get this overnight.
And the cost was approx $2900.00
I agreed with the purchase and gave him my CC information which they wasted no time making sure to charge me.
He told me to expect an email with all the information and a tracking no.
He told me that all the shipping info was taken care of and we hung up the phone.
Well I did receive an email stating it would be 3-4 days before we would have it. Right away I called Jake back to ask him about the shipping mistake. And of course no answer. I texted him and got no reply. I was getting a little frustrated rightfully because I was told it was going to be overnight. It took some time to finally contact him to tell him of the mistake. He did some hymm and haw about how he didn't hear that in the conversation about being shipped overnight. So he did get it fixed but I got charged for overnight delivery but didn't receive it for 2 days.
Anyway, so we finally receive the package and got it set up right away and come to find out this 3000 dollar machine hardly puts out enough air to sustain a fly. And also find out it's not a constant flow concentrator it is a pulse concentrator. Well big difference in the one I specifically asked for and what I received.
Right away I got ahold of Jake about getting the wrong concentrator and told him I wanted to ship this back. Quickly he was trying to sell me a different unit cause he didn't think I had been specific enough with what I told him what I wanted. I was in no position or in any mood to be ripped off again and told him I wasn't going to listen to another sales pitch on any other item and told him I just wanted my full refund. Right away he just transfered me to someone else and was done with me. Didn't say anything. Just click to another person. Pretty sad customer service if you ask me.
So I got transfered to the return department and got the information. I needed to return the machine.
They sent me a return label and I packaged it up and sent it back the following day. They had told me I had 7 days to return the package for the full refund. Well they told me I wouldn't get the full refund cause I would have to pay for the overnight charge plus the return fee of $45. Well what's funny is that I had already paid for the overnight charge when they sent it to me and now paying to send it back.
So I tracked the package and they received it in 5 days. And I waited over the weekend to see if my refund would show up. But I hadn't got my refund yet. So I called the return center to find out what the deal was. They told me oh they had just received it Monday 3 days after it arrived there and it had to be. Checked in before they could issue a refund. Then they proceeded to tell me that it would be at least 5 days after they received it that I would get my refund. We'll not much I can do but wait. So a week goes by and finally got my refund minus an o right charge (which I already paid for and another $45 charge for sending it back)
So I did not get my full refund which is what I was told. I got my refund minus $155.00. So in reality I paid overnight charge 2 times plus A shipping charge of $45 to return it.

They are great at sales but they don’t stand behind the product. They want to charge to repair it and money for a loner and tell me 8 to 10 weeks to repair it. I have terminal illness and I’m unable to work. I bought this machine with the last money I had so I can function outside my house and they don’t stand behind so do yourself a favor and buy one from any other company. Thank you. ZERO STARS for crooks. They sell you the units in COLORADO and switch to a sleezy company in FLORIDA (CARE AIRWAYS with C. Martin Otto) who "will handle all the Medicare billing and reimbursements for you." That "company" was a moving target requesting more and more info over months of time and denying they received it from my MD. (MD resent multiple times.) They stretched this out and did NOT FILE a Durable Medical Equipment Claim for me YET 18 months later. Now, the time to FILE HAS EXPIRED! They really know how to CHEAT the patients/customers out of their MONEY! DO NOT USE THEM! Find a local oxygen supplier to do this for you! I am out $5,000 and so is my brother-in-law. STAY AWAY.

NICK has been an amazing example of what this company is about. We were treated with patience and care. No sales pressure. The machine has given me freedom! I can rely on it always! It’s lightweight and very portable. I plug it in when I arrive so not to use the battery and it will charge while plugged in. Best decision ever to get a portable! Best decision ever to buy THIS machine!
And so very fortunate to have met and worked with Nick!!! Sue

I had 5 stars now I'm finding out the truth they charge you 100.00 if you send your defective unit wait who knows how long to send one ack or you pay 150 get it 3 to 5 days sales man told me for 3 years warranty call them they send a new one out no questions but that's not right they only send you a new one the 1st year then send you a used one with thr same hours of use. If I knew about the 2 faced going on would have kept looking the sad part is were your tube connects to the unit must have been loss because half is still there for some reason it won't screw together my wife won tickets to a prom off the radio station because I need oxgen portable I can't go with her thanks 1st class for nothing

I have had so much trouble with this company. They didn't give me my spare battery that was part of my agreeing to order from them. They didn't give me my Lifetime membership in the e-Thrive Pulmonary program, and finally they overcharged me for shipping (I picked it up) and for the machine itself. They are impossible to work with. They had a rude man call once, a boss presumably. Now I am totally ignored. And they ignore BBB too. I am very displeased with this company. And they have the nerve to say they are an A+ rated first class company. Yeah, right!!
