Beautiful! A little light on retail and restaurants when you’re this far out. Give it 10-15 years and property values will soar again with more available retail ect.

Great place to live! Beautiful, peaceful and safe! Neighborhood feel. Lots of room to roam on or off your horse. Underground utilities, no ugly overhead lines. Well built homes (mine is WilliamMRK), with a lot of thought given to floor plan and taking advantage of the views. 20-25 minutes to Parker and Castle Rock, 45 to Denver.

Wild Pointe is a good neighborhood but I would stay away from William MRK, the main builder out here. I would seek out Sweetbriar Homes or Destiny. MRK doesn't honor their warranty and once you close on the house good luck getting them back to fix anything. The house is built fairly well but lots of cheap builder grade stuff in it I wouldn't expect from a house that costs this much. They also treat the neighborhood like their own construction lot with debris blowing all over the place and using empty lots for dirt storage. Like I said, good neighborhood but buy from one of the other builders.

I hate to say this as a homeowner, but this is just a bad subdivision/community to live.Beware of the Elbert & HWY 86 Metro District, HOA, Z&R realty management, Developer.I have one word for you.........Taxes.This community needs more people to move here. But, do your Due Diligence and know that the paper trail is very thin, very!
