  Beautiful! A little light on retail and restaurants when you’re this far out. Give it 10-15 years and property values will soar again with more available retail ect.

  Great place to live! Beautiful, peaceful and safe! Neighborhood feel. Lots of room to roam on or off your horse. Underground utilities, no ugly overhead lines.
