It took over 30 minutes to get our food and the tacos were all cracked. Terrible service!

Please please double check your food before leaving, no matter how minimum customization you have. There is a very very good chance they either ignored it or forgot the food entirely! I don't know how they're still around with how frequently they mess up orders usually it's me and a group waiting for orders to be fixed.

They always mess up your food, even for the simplest of no sauce because of an allergy. They frequently forget food so you end up losing money because they forgot to put in food items. The food is good yes however you have to frequently go back to get your food fixed, and usually it takes two or three trys before they actually fix it.I come here frequently and it is happened only once or twice in the past year that they actually got the order right (usually is no sauce or beans or actually having all my food)

The ingredients in our food were old and there were 2 black hairs on the pizza. They refunded 2 items I complained about but didn't offer any other service to suffice. Disgusting taco bell!!Will not be back to this location

Fiesta veggie burrito with no guac and no chipotle sauce and a tiny beefy melt burrito with no cheese. These were the only two things I ordered. Order: 347106 whoever made it needs to be retrained. Tried to call yo complain and the number was down.

Some times they charge for their hot, sauce. It seems I never get what I order. I don't like how they have changed ingredients. I'm not a fan of liquid cheese or rice in my burritos.

The customer service is good but the beans always taste old like cardboard, the meat is chewy and the tortillas and potatoes are always cold and hard. I would not recommend this place.

Showed up at 7:05. Lobby closed. Second time this happened. Drive through completely dark was unable to see the menu boards they where dark. No outside lights on. Told the lady at the window. She said I’m not sure how to turn them on. The order was not correct. Took forever to get back through the line. The window was open and a employee inside said I guess the guy in-front of him didn’t want to wait 25 min for there food as they laughed.

Taco Bell has fallen along way since their prime. The doors are just kept locked even during business hours, and the drive thru orders are always cold, incorrect, and trying to get them fixed is such a hassle, that you are better off going to Del taco instead.

Always always always get my order wrong even when it’s online 35$ worth of food wrong. When I try to call and tell them they got it wrong they don’t answer the phone.

First off, it took almost a half hour to get the food. During that time two people came up to the counter and complained about their order, one in which asked for a refund. When my food was finally ready, I took a bite of my chilupa, and it was rock hard. I've had some stale chilupas in my day but man, this was beyond stale. I wouldn't even take a bite! The nacho fries tasted like they were on the warmer since the day before. Just a ball of stale potatoes. When I went to ask for a refund the MOD didn't even know how to make a refund. (Which makes me wonder what even happened with the lady that asked for a refund before me)To top it off, they closed the lobby because of how overwhelmed the staff was, and made everyone go through the drive thru.Everyone, just do yourself a favor, don't come here until they get a new owner. TRUST ME!
