I prefer O'Reilly over Autozone, bc O'Reilly gives me replacement parts, autozone in the past says we got the part but you get and well cut wiring harness and crimp these to where it say to. That's not a replacement part that's a universal part.

What a wonderful group of people! Everyone was happy to be there and ready to help. Cleanest auto parts store in the region, and the employees understand cars!!! Great management, a sorted backroom, and a bathroom with grit in it's soap… cause we get greasy!

Tom at the Elizabeth Colorado store is the best. I have lived in three states and always struggle to find a good mechanic and a good doctor. Thank goodness for Tom. He not only diagnosed the problem with my car, he also went above and beyond installing an electrical part in my engine. I did not ask him to, he just offered to help. This is an employee who really knows his craft and deserves a raise. Thank you Tom!

ordered part over the phone. they said it would be in later that day. I had to call the store and was told it did not arrive.Never heard back from the store if part came in. no follow-up or return phone calls. got part at another store.

Standard O'Rielly's What sets this place apart is it's staff. The staff is great. As an example, I bought a 5 gallon jug of oil and without realizing it, I had grabbed used oil that was out on the floor (who knows why). When I returned it, the manager, Tom, actually remembered me purchasing the oil and checked his inventory and noticed that he had 1 more of the exact oil I had purchased than he should, confirming that I was truthful and not trying to get a free jug of oil. He went out of his way to make sure things were taken care of and seemed pleased to do so.Tom's level of customer service is lost in the industry and I continue to shop at this store over the other box auto parts stores becuase of his customer service.

O'Rielly matched Napa price and replaced battery in pickup truck as well as validated no issue with alternator. I would recommend this location any time.
