“We switched from Walgreens to Walmart pharmacy after never-ending issues with Walgreens. We have had nothing but positive experiences with this pharmacy! Today was no different. My one year old daughter has some food allergies that require an EpiPen. Our copay was almost $300. J, the pharmacy tech, took the time to educate me on a co-pay reduction program the state offers for epinephrine. I filled out the application, he entered it in the computer, and our co-pay was reduced to $60! I could not believe it. It brought me to tears. There was a line of customers behind me, and it would have been quicker for him to just to ring it up at the original price, but he took the time to care and help me. I am so thankful. Having a child with food allergies is so stressful, but the time he took to help me and save us money provided relief and comfort to a stressed out new mom. Thank you, J!”
“Today July 13 about 12 35 pm I needed help finding the Lavender Festival. There was really nice young man with dark brown kind of wavy hair working at the self ck out area who was kind enough to help me find the road 8267 Cenntinal Trail where the Festival was held. He looked on his phone as did I for the directions. We both found it. He was so kind & helpful I wish I would have gotten his name. What outstanding employee & I wanted to give him recognition. I was able to go to the festival.
