We store our 5th wheel RV here. Well maintained and never have any fears of our RV being vandalized. I am not sure how long we have been storing it here but I know it has been at least a year and a half! Thank Y'all!!

Plenty of room, for my friend 40 footer. Easy to park and drive out. Closer location would be nice. But it's parking quite a few RVs.

Ive had no problems at this location. Water and dumping station are available for those at the storage. Recently had to deal with the owner/manager and was very helpful. Been at this location for around 3 yrs...would recommend it.

I had my old camper there for about a year and had no issues at all. Secure, 24/7 gate access, dump station with fresh to rinse, etc. I’ll be going back with the new camper if they have space

Waste dump and water available! Secured location with electronic gate and a high security fence all around. The owner is attentive and quick to help. He even let me put my other RV on the side of the busy road running along HWY 86 with a for sale sign on it. It sold in 3 days due to the amount of people that drive it daily! Great site and owner!!!

You wanna know what the best business investment I can think of is? Rv storage lot. All you need is 10 acres, a fence and a gate, and then sit back and watch the money roll in. I respect the people who have gotten in early on this venture and am envious I don't have the capital to run my own. HOWEVER. This businesses recently taken over by new ownership and I'm dumbfounded. All you have to do is be available for questions and collect money. I've noticed these new owners are expert level at the second requirement. The first requirement though.....FAIL. I'm writing this review from the storage lot where I have been trapped for the last 10 hours...luckily they have dump sites and water fill so I'm not dead. 3 weeks ago I sent them an email inquiry and have not received an answer. Today, around noon, I went to pick up my camper and when I tried to exit the lot the control panel gave me a message “ tamper lockdown The gate would not open. I tried to enter my code again but as soon as I pushed ANY button it gave me the same “tamper lockout†message. I am trapped. I noticed that the control panel was covered with packing tape which seemed to be a weak attempt at making it waterproof, wonder if that's why the panel won't work???? I immediately called the listed number which gave me a message saying they weren't available. That's handy. I left a message saying I was trapped in the lot and needed somebody to help me ASAP. Then waited. And waited. And waited. The lot is entirely surrounded with razor wire except for the top of the spiked gate. I waited. I tried my code again...same message. WTH?! It's now 10pm. Nobody has bothered to check the messages or call me back. Alright, I'm wearing shorts and flip flops but survival instincts are driving me to extremes. I decide to try and scale the spiked gate and see if I can access the outside keypad. As I mount the gate I slice my hand in the poor welds of the gate post. Oh well, giving a little blood is a normal part of camper storage right? I manage to get on top of the gate and propel myself up and over the gate. I land in a cloud of dust which luckily helps to clot the laceration on my hand. I crawled over to the gate post and entered my code. DEAR GOD! The gate actually opened. I'm saved! I crawled back to my truck, bandaged my hand and pulled out of the lot as fast as I could. Still no help or even a phone call from the owners. I did some quick math, 200 spots at about $50 per spot equals about $10,000 a month. That is a LOT OF MONEY to count. That must be the reason the new owners haven't had the chance to answer phone or email messages. That's understandable, you've really got to get those cash stacks “just right†or the bank gives you a hard time. Well, I'm alive and my camping trip is back on so I'm going to move on, but if I were looking for prospective storage lots, I would consider if customer service is important to you. It doesn't exist here. Next time, I'm going to drive through the GDDM gate. Not sure they would even notice.....

For being under new ownership they can't keep your account up-to-date if you have a problem and email them you'll never get a response

Elizabeth RV was chosen by our RV manufacturer for some warranty repairs. We are full time RV-ers so any time in repair costs us dearly for having to stay in a hotel. We stayed in a hotel for a week and a half, while Elizabeth RV said they were waiting for parts. Turns out they already had the parts in a previous shipment but didn't empty the box to find them. By this time, it was the end of October, so Elizabeth RV just said "Sorry, we're closing for the season." They just didn't care that their mistake and lack of attention to detail cost us over $1000. I talked with them and they said they'd see what they could do on some compensation, but never heard from them again. Poor workmanship on what they did do and terrible customer service. Never going back there again.
