I have been with this bank even before they were Community Banks. Over the last year service has gone downhill. You can't get through on the phone and can't dobusiness without an appointment. How do you make an appointment if you can get through to make one. On hold repeatedly for over 10 minutes. Then I get we can not help you at this time,click.

This bank has been so much of a headache to me over the years, but with all of my personal and business accounts there, it is more of a headache to change. I needed to close an account today. We let the account get to 0 balance. The bank charged us a service fee which put the account into overdraft and then they have charged us overdraft fees every day since they charged. Service fee. I was told that I had to actually come in to the bank to close this account. I was also told that anyone could help me. When I arrived and checked in with the tellers, they told me they couldn't close.my account. I would need to wait for their banker and she was with someone.I am a business owner and therefore my free time to sit and wait at a bank is limited. However, the banker wasn't notified that I was waiting and continued to have a friendly non business type of conversation with said client while I sat and waited. Apparently the tellers could not tell her that I was waiting. So unfortunately I had to leave before closing my account but not without the tellers reminding me that I would be charged overdraft fees daily until I could return. What a total lack of professionalism and customer service. They don't care about their customers.

Over the years (and many bank name changes) I have had nothing but issues with this bank. They will not return phone calls and claim you’ve never called. They will not assist you when you go in the bank unless you’re doing something simple like a deposit. They will give likely false information if they are unsure of an answer, they will not take the time to ensure accurate information is given to their customers. If they do give false/incorrect information and you use this information as true- they will later accuse you of fraud.Went to the Parker location- and got all my questions and accounts taken care of in 20 minuets.The Elizabeth staff desperately needs adequate education and training.

I have a good and trustworthy account manager that allows me to withdraw my profits anytime I want and I can monitor everything going on in my account when she is busy trading with her expert team and I don't have issues with pending withdrawals. I must admit that she's a very honest woman. I have no way of thanking her than letting people know about her services and recommend her for everyone to trade on her platform. Excruciating experience getting a bridge loan. Loan officers had no clue. None of the paperwork was ever gone over with me. It was handed to me and told to sign “here”. I have had to postpone the closing on my house three (3!) times because the bank was not truthful or did not explain the process and timelines. Terrible experience. I have had a bridge loan before through 1st Bank, who was professional, upfront, and clear on all time lines. I do not recommend Community Banks of Colorado to anyone seeking a loan.

These are “can do” people ! Even while crazy busy and after several hiccups (other vendors) they got my loan across the finish line on time. Andi is the best !

Kris was so very helpful and kind when I had questions and needed fee sheets, she was a blessing to me. The loan process was so clear and Kris was very professional and efficient. Overall i had a great experience. I would recommend Kris and her team to anyone who is looking to purchase a home or refi.

The manager Mrs Clark is a friendly professional who unlike many bank managers lives in the neighborhood. She also unlike others has worked for close to 18 years as a manager with this banking chain. Her Banking experience in Elbert county goes back to working with customers at the old KIOWA Bank. No I am not related just darn glad I have a great place to bank

Four months new to the area, and found that the tellers at Community Banks of Colorado in Elizabeth, to a person, avery professional, knowledgeable, patient and sincere. Everyday they they have made it a point to make me feel welcome, both at the bank and in the community at large. Did I mention that I am not a customer, not yet. Great customer service. Great People.
