Bought a 3 x 3 bale of grass hay. When I brought it home, it looked like it was a bottom bale, and it looked like it had gotten wet. Also, looks like it has a lot of clover in it. I called and asked them if they guarantee their hay and they said unfortunately not. I will never shop at this store again or buy hay from them! Will also write review on Nextdoor. If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of a product, then the management should do something to make it right! Also, I was told to put the hay out in the sun so that it could dry since part of the bale was wet. Wow! Really??? They also damaged my tonneau cover rail bars when loading the hay!

I used to work here and they treated me poorly and tried to get me to sign a fraudulent document that the manager admitted was wrong and they kept dragging me in to write me up on things they admitted were wrong.

I LOVE this store! It always has what we need! And great clothing sales racks. They very rarely have larger sized womens miss me jeans but thats ok. It doesn't stop me from looking!

I called and talked to the manager Lilly after and issue with staff and my daughter. She was amazing, professional, and sincere. She reviewed footage, called me back to follow through, addressed staff and was so nice. Offered compensation and to file a formal complaint which I declined. Lilly is very professional and an asset to this store!

Worked there for over a year. Can’t recommend this place . Really enjoyed the customer interaction, Especially the regular customers. Unfortunately its not a place I could recommend, without going public on some issues. If you go there try to be patient. Most of the time they are heavily understaffed. Be polite to the cashiers. Staff have quit due to customers being upset, so please understand they are trying to please you. Jodi the cashier is top notch, I highly recommend her. There are others that try to always give top notch service but in my opinion Jodi is number one. Hope this helps.

I understand it is hard to find help everywhere right now but to have a teenager trying to load cattle panels by himself on my truck was not a good idea in how you can impress a customer. I told him to call for help with his radio and here it came another young fella... it was a very long definitely too long wait to get 6 cattle panels on my truck specially in a cold windy day. Efficiency is very important in any business and this Big R was not efficient at all!

Always love this place, seems like when I really need it they got it. One of the managers Mike is a cool guy always helpful and knowledgeable. I'm usually looking for him when I go in. He will take care of you.

I shop here for several needs from feed to hardware. I have even developed new hobby interests based on new product lines including bee keeping. Their prices are good but it is the friendly customer service that keeps me coming back! I want to give a shout out to Mike for being very knowledgeable and helpful with several of my purchasing decisions.

If I could give no star I would , I went in a half hour before they close to see if I can fill propane . They informed us they had no propane but could do an exchange. We left the store and called back to see how the exchange would work? The lady on the phone was rude and unwilling to help understand our needs as customers she then stated on the phone they could not do exchange anymore. .. We Will be going to JILL’s feed store from now on .

Stopped in tonight looking for fly strips, out of stock unfortunately, but talked with Tafra in AG and she was able to get me all the info I needed. She was even able to suggest some different jeans for my son! I appreciate being able to go in and see the same employee there. Big R of Elizabeth is lucky to have her and her knowledge!

Great place and love the majority of the workers that make it a great environment. My experience was ruined by a worker named Tafra. She is extremely rude to co workers and from what we saw the we and she had no interest in doing her job but talks smack to management about the people who are doing their job. She isn’t helpful with what we needed help with. I also didn’t appreciate how disrespectful she was to someone that she worked with that needed help. Lord save us!!
