These people are morons. With nicey-nice mother covering for son John the head mechanic my Mitsubishi diesel tow truck has been there for over 14 months. They dodge my calls, my son's calls, and make in incessant excuses to cover their ineptitude.Period ! Patronizing them is a mistake I still don't have my truck back. They have told me for 6 months that they thought they would have it figured out by the end of the week. Unf...ing believable .! Patronize them at your own peril. Even diesel forward says " that place is a joke * !

Camping in the area and discovered my radiator leaking. Went to 360 and they replaced it in a day. Drove me to my camper and picked me up when it was done. Reasonable price for getting me back on the road so quickly. Very nice people, highly recommend.

Outstanding experience with John and Pat!! Almost new 2022 RAM 3500 with check engine light on - upsetting for a new vehicle. While under warranty no RAM Service dealer could get to it for weeks!! John got me in right away, read the code and made some great recommendations and took care of things the same day and without doing anything to void warranty. Will start using them for my other vehicles!! Hard to find this kind of service these days....Service: Auto engine diagnostic

While I haven't had any work done here personally, I can 100% attest to the quality of employees, and customer service they do have. While I hate to admit it, I ran out of gas right next to their business... leaving my vehicle in a less than ideal location and position. I asked if they had a gallon of fuel I could purchase, and while they didn't, without hesitation....the owner , Patricia, took my fuel can, and ran up to the nearest gas station. So I could stay to direct traffic around my disabled truck. What a lifesaver!! You don't find service like that just everywhere...and in having it, I'm confident tither service they provide is also top notch. Thank you 360!!!

A wonderful family ran company. After my truck had sat for 1.5 years I had it towed to 360. Within a day they had diagnosed the problem and provided me a quote. They are extremely friendly and very fairly priced. They are very honest and they do great work! 360 won my business for all of my vehicles!Services: Auto brake repair

I brought my truck in for a pre-purchase exam. Unfortunately they knew the owners that were selling the truck, and completely screwed me over. I have to pay over three grand to fix my trucks front end and multiple other issues. These people are not trustworthy, do not whatsoever bring your vehicle to them.

Great service. I had a low-beam headlight out on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I made an appointment with the Jeep dealership in Castle Rock to get it fixed (no longer under warranty). After waiting a week for my appointment, I arrived at the dealership to learn that they didn’t have my appointment on the books and they couldn’t do the work because it would require two hours of labor to remove the front bumper to make the repair. When I got home I called 360 and they got me in right away. John was able to get the repair done with only one hour of labor and not removing the front bumper. Thanks John!
