We went here to replace our windshield wipers. The kind gentleman today informed of my options and the pros and cons. He didn’t try to upsell me and quickly replaced the wipers for me free of charge. Great service!

My recent visit to the Napa store was less than satisfactory due to an interaction at checkout. While the initial service was seamless, the situation escalated during payment. I chose not to receive a printed receipt after my credit card was approved. However, the individual I perceived to be the store manager intervened unnecessarily, insisting that the transaction was not complete without a printed receipt. This interruption not only displayed a lack of understanding of their own payment system but also suggested incompetence in the managerial role. It is my sincere hope that the individual in question receives adequate training to fill the evident gaps in knowledge and to improve their customer service approach. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I am disinclined to patronize this establishment again.

They were incredibly helpful! The staff went above and beyond for me today. They gave me advice, allowed me to borrow a tool, offered me water, and even gave me a helping hand. I couldn’t be more thankful!!

This NAPA store does not stand behind there products that they sell. What a rip off. Better off going to another auto parts store or going on line.

everyone was so nice and helpful even though i walked in pretty late before closing, i just needed a windshield wiper replaced nothing crazy but as a 21 yr old female i've never been treated like anything more than a total idiot when it comes to cars the woman was so nice and could tell i was frazzled and made everything so easy
