Love love love Nathan and Diane and support staff!
Always go above and beyond AND really care!
Tough, demanding work they do, kind of like air traffic controllers.

Made an appt online but the pharmacist would not see us. Told us he was taking a lunch break and to come back on a hr? Why did it let us schedule an online appt then? Not a bit of concern or care. Acted like not his problem. Rude. Would not even look at us.

Have never waited less than 15 minutes in line. Half the time they don’t have my prescriptions ready and can’t bill me correctly.

Can’t get a pharmacist on the line just a bunch of rigamarool from the automated system. Had a few other negative experiences here I’ll be finding another option even though they’re convenient

Service sucked. Staff sucks and I watched a local tell me that the staff here are lazy. I experienced the same. Bottom of the bell shaped curve these humans...on their phones but will not checkout a customer...dorks...ONLY self checkout open. I am going to tell everyone I know not to frequemnt this company. Pathetic. Have a great day!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this pharmacy for the first time to pick up a prescription, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to the incredible assistance provided by Samara. From the moment I walked in, Samara's kindness and helpfulness shone through. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and patiently addressed any questions I had with utmost care.I was genuinely surprised to see that the Google reviews for this pharmacy were not as high as they should be. My personal experience with the staff, including Samara, was nothing short of exceptional. They are all dedicated to providing top-notch service and assistance, and I can confidently say that I will definitely be returning in the future. If you're in need of a pharmacy that values customer satisfaction and is staffed by individuals like Samara who truly care about their customers, I highly recommend giving this place a visit. You won't be disappointed.

Horrible attitude and service. Employees have a hard time putting prescriptions together after an order being submitted from Dr.. 22 hours before. While I was waiting, employees went to starbucks for drinks for everyone. I had an hourly paid care giver with me waiting for these 'busy' employees. Don't use this pharmacy.

Where are the humans? No recording, no one picks up, just rings. Called the store main number, get transferred to the pharmacy, it rings and rings. Tried all morning. Left a voice message with question and with request for call - back, get no call back. It's faster to drive to the store to wait in line to ask a question in person. Guess it is time to try the Amazon pharmacy. This winter I picked up a prescription and when I got home realized it was someone else's with a different doctor's name on it than mine.

So, I decided to join the new millennium and order my groceries off the web. Let my fingers do the walking. So I signed up, got an account, and was able to order about 80% of the stuff I needed. Okay, fine, I'll pick up the rest at the store. Not bad for a first try. Then it turns out they need eight hours lead time. Not going shopping at 10 p.m. tonight. Live and learn. Go to the store to do my shopping the regular way. Whole time they're asking over the PA for people at checkout and baggers. That's fine, you say, you've already figured out the ending of the story, probably. But I digress. So, properly provisioned, I approach the checkout line. Sure enough, total stasis. Eureka, they have self-checkout, I'll go there. Two or three minutes later I'm checking out, scanning away, merrily. Some dude behind me is glaring at me. WTF, what now? He goes and whispers to the observer from City Market. She comes up to me. "What am I doing wrong?" Checking out too much stuff. WTF, I'm in trouble? Like in high school? Where is Jeff Linstrom when you need him? Proceed pro se, I don't have grocery store counsel available. Can you explain what the problem is, I asked? Turns out people are mad at me for checking out too much stuff. What am I supposed to do? Turns out I'm supposed to go stand in a long line with the non-existent checkers and baggers. WTF. I blow her off, but not before getting yelled at for having her come clear the machine so I can move my first load of bags out of the bagging area and put them in the cart and finish the rest of the check out. That's bad, too, now I know. So, full of vinegar, I go to the store manager and ask where the cutoff is between a load that is too big for self-checkout and one that is too small for the regular line. You've figured this out, Dear Reader, they have no clue. Here endeth the Parable of the Prodigal Customer. Right now it looks like Amazon and Whole Foods are going to take over the world.
