Terrible service on my car and attitude by the manager towards me! I brought my car in to have some work done on the front suspension and received my car with more problems than when I brought it in. They must have heated up my hub to replace the front wheel bearings and ruined my brake rotors that were less than 6 months old! The mechanic lied to the manager and said it was like that when I brought it in and it was my fought. I personally did the brake job myself and know it wasn’t like that when I brought it to them! The main guy I think is the manager or owners name Ilario and he bowed up at me like he wanted to fight!!! I’m a 62 year old man I’m not gonna fight a younger big Mexican guy over this! I would never bring a bicycle to them again much less a car! Terrible service and attitude towards customers???

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Blue Mechanic. He is very fair and most importantly, very honest. The amount of money they have saved me after outrageous quotes elsewhere is amazing! I have sent numerous friends here who have been just as pleased. Sometimes it does take a little longer than they say, but it’s like a Dr.’s office - sometimes the car ahead of you takes longer or an emergency comes in. I truly appreciate having this shop in our community!

The WORST experience EVER!!!! Dropped off our vehicle on December 6th. Continued to call over the next few weeks to get an update. No one ever answers the phone or returned a message. Finally had to go in on January 11th. They hadn't even tried to start it yet much less run it through the computer. This place is a JOKE!!!!! I would recommend anywhere else.

This place is the place you hope you find when you let a repair go too long and end up stranded.The importance of having a reliable car can be a matter of life and ? especially during our winter months and random weather. I will not trust anyone else with my vehicle and services are priced extremely fairly.They get quality parts and do the job right.I discovered this gem when my steering wheel was literally falling off ?… car is still going.

My check engine came on during a trip to Aspen. 100+ miles from home I was worried about driving and damaging my engine. I asked for a quick OBD2 scan to get a sense of how bad it was. The folks at Blue helped me out and took a quick look. They went as far as to reset the code. I offered to pay but they refused. Can't thank them enough for the help and peace of mind. Sending good karma.

I was having a transmission problem with my Jeep YJ. A coworker recommended Blue Mechanic but it was 20 miles away and I wasn't sure if I could make it that far. I barely rolled in which meant I was pretty much at their mercy. When Ilario (the owner) called with the estimate I contacted my two jeep experts and one thought the price was low and the other high. I read some of the reviews and had a couple concerns with getting a costly repair done with a mechanic I didn't really know. I bit the bullet and gave the go ahead since I didn't have much of an option. I went with a rebuilt transmission that had a one year warranty that was shipped from Denver. It took a while to get the transmission in and repair completed. I also had my heating vents worked on as well as some electrical issues. My bill came to $3,500. Ouch! He also informed me that my gear ratio's did not match and that it would cost another $1,800 to change that out. I passed on that since it only effected my 4wd.I was pleased with the work done but I began having problems shifting into 4th gear. I knew something wasn't right but procrastinated bringing it in during the winter. I checked my paperwork and noticed that I was nearing the end of the warranty and finally brought it in. Ilario gave me the bad news and good news. He contacted the transmission company and they said they would honor the warranty. I thought I would still incur some cost but when Ilario gave me the bill it was $0.00.I know it may not seem like a big deal that a mechanic honored the warranty on his work but I was impressed with how Ilario handled the situation. As I got to know Ilario a little better I really became comfortable with him. I think he is very honest, knowledgeable, and an all around good guy. I would recommend him to anyone and actually found out that several of my other coworkers also use him. They all had nothing but praise for him.I look forward to using Ilario for all my future jeep repairs.Services: Electrical
