As always, I had another consistently excellent experience with Moontime ? Cyclery in Edwards! Frank and his team have in-depth knowledge and experience of Orbea bicycles ?. The Team's attention to detail and thoroughness is second to none. They are polite, courteous and great communicators. Every interaction with each Team member exceeds my expectations. The prices are fair. Moontime is a locally owned business, the owner is always available and I like working with a local and not a chain.

Awesome shop with great customer service! They did a great job with the tuneup on my bike. I then had some derailleur issues (turns out due to an error on my part) a few days after and Carson helped me get it fixed quickly even though he had his hands full with other work. The owner, Frank, is great and seems like they have a positive work culture that trickles down to customer. Wyatt was very helpful as well when I first came in. Everyone is super knowledgeable and eager to help.

Moontime provides great service on bike tunes and repairs. The staff is super friendly and helpful and don’t have an attitude like some bike shops. They also have a great selection of bikes at competitive prices. They are my favorite bike shop in the Vail Valley!

Frank is the best and most vested owner operator of a bike shop in the valley. He knows his product inside and out because his passion to ride supersedes repairing and selling.
