Love this store and the people that work there! Our fur baby had some stomach issues and the Fresh Tracks staffed helped me work through his dietary intolerances to find the right food for him. They also have a purchasing program that gives us free bags after a certain amount we buy which is great!

Catherine Zaikis is the worst employee ever. She did not help me find anything that I needed. Worst customer service expierence, and will never be coming back to this store. Everyone else is nice except for her.

I purchased the wrong dog food on accident and didn't realize until I had opened it - Fresh Tracks took the original food back and gave me the correct one free of charge. AND as an added bonus, they let me know they planned to donate the original bag of food I had brought back to the local shelter.Great products and service!! A small local business I am happy to support

What an amazing dog store!! Excellent service--they helped us pick a great dog food that is well sourced and healthy. The store has only the highest quality items and they help you pick the one that's best for your pet. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
