Always knowledgeable, always willing to help, easy going, and will custom order. Full service - they have it all. Hours are a little limited is the only downside.

I just came from an awful experience at the Wildflower Farm. The owner of the place and the blond Hispanic lady working with him were horrible to me! I tried to nicely ask them a question about whether a certain flower was on their delivery truck today, because I had called ahead and was told it was, hence why I drove all the way there to buy some. The owner said he didn't "******* have time for me and to leave or he would call the police" !!! I was shocked. He was so rude and then the blond Hispanic lady echoed the same thing and followed me out threatening to call the police! They refused to answer my question. I was flabbergasted as were a few of the other customers who overheard this. They will never get my business again. I've been a very good customer for years, but after today, never again! Their prices are way too high anyway! Good riddance!

Had a great experience visiting the farm. Staff were very nice, friendly and answered any questions that were asked. We were able to get some quality pumpkins for a great price. Would highly recommend.

This is the second year in a row I've gone last minute looking for large hanging baskets. Today I walked in at opening and was asked if I needed any help. I said I was looking for large baskets and they said most were reserved but I was welcome to look around and find any. Like they mentioned, all reserved but as I was leaving they said they were expecting a shipment this morning. They took my name and number and called me 30 minutes later saying they had large baskets delivered. Employee Amanda said she'd pick out 4 large baskets and hold them for me to come back before closing. I came back around 4pm and Amanda showed me the beautiful baskets she picked out! Mentioned they had to really keep an eye on them as others wanted them. Anyways thank you Amanda for your amazing help. Next year I'm reserving in February and only coming here.

Apathetic ownership. Wants NOTHING to do with customer service. We purchased our Xmas tree here, and while it was beautiful and was cut on premises (allegedly... my suspicion is they buried freshly-cut (or potted) trees in a few rows to make it look like a tree farm, but I digress), the owner dismissed us TWICE when I asked if they could deliver the tree - it was a 14 footer. "Ahh, naw, we can't deliver. We're slammed." And walks away. Then I tracked him down and asked if they don't deliver, how are we supposed to get a 14 ft tree home? His response - in an annoyed tone, "We DO deliver, we just can't right now." One of his employees heard this, and said, "Miss, I can deliver this for you, if you don't mind waiting until after 5pm." My husband slipped him an extra $100 as a tip, that's how grateful we were. Fast Forward to January, they are closed until April 15! Which is fine, but an update on Yelp, their own Website, anything, would be SO helpful. I had tried to go several times and the door was locked, but the lights were on, music was on and plenty of cars there. They finally put up a tiny, haphazard sign scotch taped to a half-way closed gate, that's how I knew they'd be closed. I get it, but dude.... make an effort. Fast Fast Forward to April 20 - I go in to buy some potted herbs (Walmart and Home Depot have them, but I am trying to support small business). The same apathetic, don't-give-a-sh*t attitude from the owner.... "Yeah, we don't have any herbs." huh? why not? "It's too cold." Has anyone heard of Indoor Herb Gardens here in Colorado? Ya know, herbs.... the kind you cook with, year-round? Do Coloradans just say "Yeah, it's getting pretty chilly, better stop cooking with fresh herbs? (NO!) They've dedicated nearly their entire indoor storefront to succulents, which OK... but.... how about a section of smaller potted herbs to help many of us who actually cook? "Under New Ownership" as others have praised/touted? YIKES. If anyone is excited about this guy running a joint, they need to up their standards.

Excellent selection of plants, flowers, and all things garden. In the winter they have absolutely beautiful Christmas trees. Custom planter boxes are a specialty. Staff is friendly and helpful. If there is something they don't have they will order it. We love this store!!!!
