“I visit this specific UPS store at least twice a month to ship things for work. Every time I go inside, there is virtually no line. And if there is, it moves fast. Specifically, I want to call out Kilyn, Rowan, Chris, and Gabe. (I think I got those right). They go out of their way to with their great customer service to save me money. Numerous times I've screwed something up or forgot to include something and they always ensure it gets handled appropriately. I go out of my way to go to this specific store. Bravo!”

“I went here to get a document notarized after my bank was completely unhelpful in getting it done. I called the (business) day before and was told they could notarize with a birth certificate since it was for someone with a lost ID, and the document needing notarized was to get a replacement ID, which I explained over the phone before going in. Upon speaking to the notary at the bank, he pretty much said there was nothing he could do and suggested we go to this place instead, because "maybe they do it differently". It was obviously a bit of a strange situation, not just the normal show ID, sign, get notarized, but the notary helped us figure it out and we were able to get the document notarized, instead of basically just telling us to go away.”

“I rarely have to use mailing services but after my last episode at the post office and outburst in Thornton I promised myself I'm never doing back there. This Mailbox express has USPS, FedEx, DHL and a lot more for the same prices as the company offers. The staff is polite and friendly not angry and uptight like at the post office. I'm just going to come here for now on because they have everything I need, plus it's closer to home and no line not even holiday time. The government Post Office can kicks rocks!”
