“I visit this specific UPS store at least twice a month to ship things for work. Every time I go inside, there is virtually no line. And if there is, it moves fast. Specifically, I want to call out Kilyn, Rowan, Chris, and Gabe. (I think I got those right). They go out of their way to with their great customer service to save me money. Numerous times I've screwed something up or forgot to include something and they always ensure it gets handled appropriately. I go out of my way to go to this specific store. Bravo!”

“Just want to say this was the only truly locally owned/operated place I could find in Denver, and was a pleasure moving my things in even if it was a little trickier based on the small alley egress and older elevator access.
The main reason why being locally run is the chance of long-term price hike shenanigans are kept at bay. I had moved my things from another large, well known chain that had doubled my storage costs over the 2 years I was with them. Met the owner, he seems like a good/honorable dude so I'm not concerned at all.”
“Great place for shipping. They are vey courteous and helpful. They manage the space well and also have birds. You can take your dogs in. They are so quick and any you be in there for less than a minute.”
“I rarely have to use mailing services but after my last episode at the post office and outburst in Thornton I promised myself I'm never doing back there. This Mailbox express has USPS, FedEx, DHL and a lot more for the same prices as the company offers. The staff is polite and friendly not angry and uptight like at the post office. I'm just going to come here for now on because they have everything I need, plus it's closer to home and no line not even holiday time. The government Post Office can kicks rocks!”

“If ever you need anything shipped & are willing to pay a few dollars difference, THIS is the place to fulfill your needs & not have to wait in line at the post office waiting for gray hairs when you can maybe have a good laugh instead & get back to your day.. but beware, there are multiple locations to choose from, find the one nearest you by googling the shipping depot, we have 3 amazing stores in Evergreen/Lakewood/Salida & this is my honest review of a business I moved across the country to work for.I hope all our lovely customers have a Happy New Year, don't drink too much, save some for our holiday party donations? ”

“When I walked into the location off 52nd, store number 2024. My SO and I were respectfully greeted by a young woman named RAIN. She was not only kind and respectful but she jumped right in and knew exactly how to help us. Assisting in taping both packages together with out hesitation. She also assisted in finding the information needed to pull up my shipping label information from my ebay act. The whole interaction was very professional, she was calm, spoke respectfully and was helpful. She is and will be the reason I use this location for future mailing/shipping services!
