Communication from the office staff is good. Terrible communication from Christa. I had an accident and needed help from Christa. Despite leaving 3 messages and sending an email, I never received a follow up. Very frustrating. However, I receive plenty of messages and reminders and offers to review my policies. I am not staying with Allstate because of this experience.
If I can’t count on my agent working with me when I’m going through a difficult process, then what good is the agent?

Christa Dillion’s agency is hands down the best group of insurance agents I’ve ever worked with. I got transferred over to her branch a few months ago and I could not be more thrilled with the level of service and care shes provided. Christa Dillon Allstate Insurance is a very knowledgeable and helpful when I was looking for insurance. Additionally she was very honest because the home owner's insurance was higher than what I was currently paying, so she advised against moving my insurance over. This motivated me to move my car insurance over and add an umbrella policy. She will always give you your best options! I just love working with her!
