“Note: This review is from 2014. The complex has been sold twice since then.I just signed on for a second year's lease at Terra Village. I didn't think I was going to be able to afford a 3-bedroom place but the rent here is affordable and the apartments are spacious.The grounds and pools are well maintained and landscaped. When spring came the area by my (very shady) patio was pretty muddy due to patchy grass and rain runoff but this past weekend a whole bunch of new sod was laid and it is now picnic perfect.My maintenance requests have been attended to quickly and the crew is very respectful and helpful.The management staff has been nothing short of wonderful - but be warned - they don't put up with parking lot brawls or tenant shenanigans. I personally appreciate that and the fact that they have a security patrol at night.The people are friendly and my dog is happy to have plenty of areas to walk and play in.The location is ideal as well, easy to get to downtown or the many restaurants and pubs in the area, but is still kind of tucked out of the way and quiet.I believe I will be living here for quite a while.Posted September 2014.”
“I can say this building and management has made giant leaps in progress. Management has made a 180 degree turnaround and great changes are in the future. As a resident of 6 months now I have witnessed a better place.”
