“My wife and I were at a loss what to do for our terrier. She had terrible GI issues, and we had tried everything. Thousands of dollars of vet bills from running countless tests, with no improvement in the situation. We had also tried many different diet variations, with no success. We decided to go into J&T and see what options were available for food. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to make a food recommendation based off of their own experiences, and it was a perfect fit. Our dog loved the food, and her GI issues subsided within a week. We are very grateful for the extra care that the staff put into helping us find a solution!”

“I can't say enough good things about Dr Edwards, Renee and the whole team at Edwards Veterinary. They were friendly and kind whenever I brought my dog in for an appointment, but they were true rockstars when it came to helping me get the paperwork needed to take my dog with me to the UK - they truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed despite snags along every part of the process. I just wish I could've brought them along with me to London!”
“They helped my cat Burbee after she got in a cat fight during her rounds on Neighborhood Watch. Burbee can be difficult but they handled her perfectly and within 24 hours she went from looking and feeling very sick to her usual snarky self again.”

From my old lady. Who passed out. I thought was dying. Grabbed her and rushed in. They were busy, but cared enough to look at her. And treat.
To my old boy. Who, not even a week after I got out of hospital for my car roll over. Had reached the end of his line. Over the last few years. We had been working on keeping him pain free. They made his last moments as easy as possible. For all of us.

“Everyone meet Nova! Nova has had way to many health problems to count she has allergies, she's had a hematoma, she has a werid infection in her stomach, she's has had an ear infection. Dealing with all these issues hasn't been easy, but what has been is trusting the team at Alpine Veterinary Hospital. Everytime something is wrong they give Nova the best care possible! With her allergies we've had to start injections every 4 days and even when those days landed on weekends Liz showed up for Nova. I know that by taking her to Alpine I'm giving her the best care possible not only because of Liz but because of the vet techs like Erin and the friendly staff like Stephanie. I appreciate and adore the staff here so much that I will never take my pet anywhere else!”
“I can not begin to express the love and compassion our animals receive here. My rescue dog is a little quirky from some severe abuse and instead of handling him like most pets, they accommodate him as much as they can without even having to request anything special. They give him love and respect and do everything within their power to make him as comfortable as possible and as little trauma as possible even if it’s not the most convenient. I highly recommend Dr. Gabel and staff for your pets needs!”
“Dr. Bott helped me out with a sick steer on a Sunday evening. I traveled a pretty good distance because there was no Vets available in my area. He helped the steer and he treated me very well. The fee was fair and well worth it for me. I wish he was in my area.”

The only negative is whoever does the scheduling. They messed up my appointment twice in the computer.”

“the vet techs and Dr. Vega are so wonderful! they are really great with my kittens. we see Dr. Vega every time we come in for vaccines and the couple health issues the cats have had. she is always very sweet and affectionate and caring, and understands how to handle shy cats. she answers any questions we have and always takes her time to be thorough and friendly.”
“We have taken our animals here for a long time. The service and care of our animals keeps us coming back. I have had other experiences with other vets that were not good. We will stay with Westridge animal hospital.”

“If I could rate higher, I would. Though the team at PETS Emergency Hospital saved our dog’s life, I’d think just as highly of them if she hadn’t made it. The care and compassion that they showed to our pup AND our family, their thorough and frequent communication, their flexibility, and their no-judgement attitudes made a stressful situation into a manageable one.
Dr. Dunn and Dr. Roman both were so wonderful. They made time to update us regularly but also took our calls and answered questions at all hours. Every vet tech was friendly and kind. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
As a side note, I was pleasantly surprised by the prices but maybe that’s because I’ve paid more for emergency vet services before and I work in the emergency medical field so it makes sense to me why an emergency medical service is more expensive than a regular vet clinic. I have read many of the negative reviews and most of them are upset about fees - sorry to say, but no business runs on hopes and dreams. The staff here proves through their actions that their work is meaningful to them - but they can’t be there without money to run the place. People, use your heads. It isn’t money grubbing. It’s reality.”
“I cannot thank you all enough! You stayed open late by 30 minutes on a week night to take care of my puppy! She ate a pill bottle and I was beside myself worried about if she ate any of the pills themselves. You all graciously stayed open and took her in 5 min after your closing time. You were kind and professional and comforting to me! We will be re establishing all of our pets care to this office. Thank you thank you thank you!”

“I want to give a shout out to the Eaton animal den. I have been going to them for many years. And they’ve always been so nice and caring. They make you and your animals feel so welcome. The animals are top priority. I Have contacted them numerous times when I have an emergency and they always seem to work me in. They also give me advice over the phone so I don’t have to come in which I much appreciate. When my little pug passed away back in December, they were so compassionate and caring I couldn’t have asked for better support anywhere. In my opinion, they are the best and I will continue using them.”
