Paid for a PO box for one year, and they closed it for no reason. Now I have to miss work to see what the hell is going on and how long they’ve had it closed. Ridiculously unprofessional.

Eaton post office does an excellent job. The staff is so friendly. We accidentally put something in our mailbox that didn’t have postage on it yet. It was a lockbox so we couldn’t get it out. We called and explained the situation. We were told it would be a few days before they could retrieve it- which was fine with us! But then, Nicole went above and beyond!! Within hours Nicole has retrieved it and rang our doorbell to personally deliver it back to us. Wow!!! This is outstanding customer service. Thanks Nicole!!

Reading and comprehension really should be a part of the postal exam. Hardly a day goes by that we don't receive someone else's mail and wonder where ours went. You are pathetic!

If I could give less stars andoand still leave a review I would. They need to get a handle on their lazy rural route driver in the Galeton area. She's so lazy she throws the packages at the houses, she never leaves a package pick up slip, nothing is EVER EVER EVER delivered on time. If you need proof I've got it! I will be contacting the Postmaster and the Postmaster general!

I’ve lived in Eaton for 35 years and have never had a problem with the post office they are amazing but this Saturday I found a note on the my truck “ DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF MAIL BOX! ALL MAIL WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD! Unfortunately the mail box is in front of my house and I’ve always parked there with no problems. I have no other parking other than to park in front of my neighbors houses which I don’t like to do because I don’t like people parking in front of my house. As far as I know there’s no laws stating you can’t park in front of a mailbox. They always park behind my truck in front of my drive way which I don’t mind because they’re bringing the mail. It’s a Community mailbox and whoever left the note literally didn’t deliver anyone’s mail.

The staff is unbelievably rude and lazy. Can’t deliver mail correctly despite a multitude of attempts to fix it. You’d be better off heading into greeley and that is the first and last time you will ever hear me say that.

I had my keys stolen while on vacation and the postal employees at this location were very understanding. They go above and beyond to help get me my mail and have my mail box re keyed. It's nice to know small town kindness still exists.

I recently had a package delivered to an old address by accident. I wasn't able to recover it. However, Brian went above and beyond to discover what happened to it. Thanks for a level of service I have come to miss these days.
