You bring your parts in there they just say they cant find it don’t even put in the effort and they just don’t wanna help anyone every time we go in there and the girl that works they walks up and throws attitude at you when is was not even her conversation, and is just plain rude all together you are better off finding a better place to spend your money! That wants to be helpful and shows all people with respect because this is not the place!

Very poor experience! I was in the store ready to spend money, had most of my parts on the counter, then the phone rings. 10 minutes later I walked out without anything. If the person price shopping is more important than the one buying I hope you go broke!! Just to confirm I tried to get a core back from a item bought at a different Napa store, was told they couldn’t help, but found out that any other Napa is more than happy too do it. Eaton Napa sucks!!!

Boy customer service sure ain't what it used to be. Maybe it's just my skin tone? I understand it's against your policy to put in a new battery for me, But I don't understand why I needed to be treated so poorly about it.

Kinda funny when they look at you like your in the wrong place and tell you that they don't have a part that's clearly on the wall just because the color of your skin. If you're any shade of brown I'd find a different store

They seem to have quality parts but we hate dealing with them because their staff is always so RUDE! Avoid the Eaton location if you can maybe the other stores have friendly staff. They struggle to get off their stools behind the counter to actually help a customer and are super put off by any questions you may ask.

I support local businesses and I support this Napa. Waiting in line takes a long time. I think this has to do with their system when purchasing. Needs update and upgrade to speed up the process. They are very helpful though and are knowledgeable. They run their place old school and I can respect that.

Super high prices on a grease seal. I return the product for a full refund and purchase the exact same thing for half the price elsewhere.
