My husband and I are both new to the Good Day Pharmacy in Eaton and so far we have gotten great service. Both have had prescriptions filled very quick and the Pharmacist, was very nice and helpful.

Worst service I have every gotten they are always out of what you need then they just give you what they have and say nothing and expect you to keep having to drive back and forth when they don’t even have the stuff to fill your prescription at all! This place is a joke and I am mad I have to give a one star to leave a review! They don’t even need one star! Lack of care for the people they are supposed to be serving! They have bad attitudes as well!

Prescriptions are never filled on time, or ever complete if it has multiple items. The pharmacists are a joke. They can't answer basic questions about the medications they hand out. Nor can they be bothered to lift a finger in any way to make sure someone gets the medication they need to LIVE. The only constants are they are always rude, have no time for anyone but themselves, and displace the blame for their shortcomings onto everyone/thing else. Shameful.

Does anyone else have problems getting their on-going medications refilled by Good Day in a timely manner? It's a continual problem for my husband and myself and Good Day always says someone else is to blame.

We have on-going problems with this pharmacy. Both my husband and myself have signed up for automatic refills, but we often run out before the next prescription is filled. And Good Day always puts the blame on someone else.

We left Walgreens after a year of pure non-professionalism and nonsense. Good Day has been a breath of fresh air! I rarely wait on hold. Staff is always friendly. So happy we changed!

I absolutely hate taking my business here, but don't really have much of a choice because it's closer than driving to Greeley. Most of the staff is rude. They never have my rx ready when they say they will. Everything seems to be a fight with them I fill most rx each month and always end up having to come back because they didn't have enough to fill the whole rx. It's so frustrating. If you can go anywhere else I would definitely do that. Also Ive never been questioned or judged on the meds Im filling. However, here, they will make you feel that way each and every time. They didn't go to med school last time I checked.

Usually good service but closing at 5pm without warning and no note and no reason on windows they can text about meds being ready but cant warn of a early closing not happy
