Started off good. But I was in a room that the door was so hard to get to shut and lock properly. You had to pull up as hard as you can. Then I went to shower and zero hot water. I told the front desk and he just said ok. Ok! That’s it. I ended up saying it again. I have no hot water. And once again he said ok. So I asked are you going to do anything and he went and got the manager. She gave me 15 dollars off of my 275 dollar bill. So I guess bathing is only worth 15 dollars. Then had the nerve to tell me if I come back and bring a coupon I can get 15% off! Overall I would not return after this.

Rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly. The manager Sami always makes us feel welcome and we always enjoy staying

Staff was wonderful and respectful. All the ladies there are very sweet and made the kids feel welcomed. Clean from inside to the outside. Great room service. They had awesome breakfast and great coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you cobblestone for everything!!!

Great place to stay. Super Friendly staff, very helpful. My daughter asked for a ground floor room for me and they had one ready for me and my traveling friend. Very comfortable beds. Easy access to the highway. I’d definitely stay here again.FYI I’m writing the review for my dad. He really enjoyed his stay at your hotel.Thank you

Only hotel in the area so beggers can't be choosers. Rooms are good. Beds could use some work. Breakfast was definitely lacking. Super upset that at least a couple rooms aren't pet friendly. Try to stay in odd numbered rooms so that the trains are a little less loud.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. I booked for 3 night. Later l found out the hotel had no hot water. They said they it would be repaired by the next day. The next day I returned to the hotel at 7 pm and as promised the repairs had NOT been done. I asked for a 2 night refund, but was told that since I was checking out at 7 pm I would only get 1 night refund. I totally disagree and deserve a 2 night refund since they could not give me full service. I will not stay at this place again.

if negative was an option I'd leave it!! i paid for 6 rooms for 2 nights.. no hot water, and the manger wouldn't help the front desk. The manger wouldn't even return a call. Do not stay here! Waste ofmoney and terrible administration.

Visited with family while they were waiting for their new apartment to be available for them. Good rooms, safe area, decent location and comfortable. Had everything needed for their stay.

Should be illegal for this terrible service. Literally staying in a raw sewage of of a room. Be aware that room 107 is literally back up with human waste and the management won't fix this situation and don't care about paying customers.

The trains (fairly close to the hotel) going by at night might wake you up.Staff needs to be trained up on service animals and that they are not pets.There was no hot water at 630am. Rooms are decent.

Everything was awesome when we stayed here! Everyone was pleasant, the place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the towels were soft. Our room had a lovely view of the mountains, and my 3 year old couldn't stop marveling at how pretty it was after it snowed. They weren't very crowded, so they were able to put us a little ways away from everyone else, which was great because my toddler was too excited to be very quiet. The hotel is in a good location that it is not too far from some really awesome activities, but set far enough away that it is very quiet and you are able to get a good night's sleep. If we come back to Eaton, this is where we will be staying.

This Hotel is nice. Rooms are spacious and very well kept.Staff are helpful and management goes above and BEYOND with any needs we may have. We've been here since November, and I am truly appreciative for their continued support with housing my crews. Special thanks to Sami.
