Rudest customer service I've ever experienced. The lady with the cat can't even answer a simple question without being offended that she is being asked a question. I simply asked if she had any allocated whiskey hidden behind the counter. "Who are you? and Everything's out on the shelf!!" is the response I got. So I'm looking around and find a case of Eagle Rare. I asked about it and she snaps "that's sold, I bought that for a friend!" So maybe you should organize your store better and maybe put away things that are not for sale. Every question is met with confrontation. Sorry you got Covid, but the mask isn't saving you!!!

Great selection on of beer and wine. Love that the owner cares about the environment and isn’t wasteful with plastic bags. She was quick to offer a box for us to take our items away. I liked the 5% discount for cash. Loved that I could pet the cat after using sanitizer. What a beautiful and sweet cat. Owner was funny and helpful.

Cashier is one of the rudest people I have encountered in life, the store is gross with trash everywhere. I avoid this place like the plague.

Would have been zero stars but this was not an option. Absolutely the worst liquor store I have ever been to. Extremely RUDE, dirty, and very short on inventory. I would literally buy liquor from anywhere else in Durango.
