I left a very detailed, BAD review of this outfit on here this AM based upon the shabby way I was just treated. After 23 years of doing business with them and being treated like some bum who crawled in off the street, their way of improving things is to have the review taken down. Brilliant!

Opened a new account and did not receive the bonus. I’ve inquired with the banker a few times now and have not heard anything. It has been several months so I know it has been enough time.Nobody is ever available to answer the phone and the lines are always long. The employees here don’t seem very knowledgeable which is concerning, there is some unprofessionalism, and security doesn’t seem to be of concern.

I called about 8 times to see I can open a checkings account. No answer! No shocker! The workers at this branch need to learn how to answer there phones.

Karen Naranjo was the only Spanish speaking agent available when my mom went into the bank to ask about the use of her card by an unauthorized person. She was unable to explain logic things like the location of the purchases, saying things like: they fact that it says Denver Colorado or The Grand Canyon does not mean the credit card was use out there. She was very unprofessional when my mom asked her about the Wells Fargo app, saying she did not know how to work a Samsumg phone because she only used Iphone. The over all experience with this agent was very unpleasant. She should be able to find ways to help people if she is incapable.

Perla has zero customer service i was on the phone and she didnt even let me speak she was talking over me untill i told her to let me speak and she had the audacity to give me some attitude. Main reason i will never go back to this location ill be traveling to Farmington they have better customers service not like perla and her crew.

The 'local' number is useless. I was circled around repeatedly and never got access to speaking with someone at the bank. Worthless.

My experience at this location has been stellar! Employees are helpful, welcoming and the atmosphere is very positive. Stephen, Jesus and Ashley have treated me like a valued customer and made my banking experience easier during a rough time.

Waited in the drive through for way too long only to be told that Money orders can only be purchased inside. I asked the teller to hand my stuff to the inside teller so I could park and come in. She sent it back saying they can’t do that. Then come inside the back for the money order again a long line and only 1 teller. I’m sorry but customer service has declined since Covid. I was told it was to verify the costumer. Well what was my ID used for and what happened to knowing your customers.Total inconvenience and poor quality of service. Very disappointed

Friendly staff and usually not super busy. I will say this, don't ever try calling them -- you will never talk to an actual person. Just go to the physical location.
