If I could, I would give zero stars. The absolute worst, conniving bank in the world. Every month they add a new charge to my account, change my account without proper consults, and hidden service fees that seem to change with my age and income that are never made aware to me beforehand. Please do not go to Wells Fargo, they are the worst company that has business here in durango. They should be removed from this town for their blatant corruption and disease they spread. They penalize you any way they can. If I don't have a daily balance of 500, they charge me 10. I live paycheck to paycheck as a college student and healthcare worker and they screw me over any way possible. Protest these corporate thieves.

I was planning on stopping at a Wells Fargo close to home but conveniently enough this place was next to where I had lunch so I quickly used the drive thru. No wait and good location, right by the highway.

I've banked with Wells Fargo since 2008 (as Wachovia then) and they have always taken care of anything I have needed. I use this location because, naturally, it is close to the house. However, this location has always had friendly staff who get the job done quick and right the first time. I have used both teller services and notary services. I hardly ever have to wait.

Be prepared to wait in a long line anytime you come to this location. Only 2 windows open to service the line of 15 plus people but 4 personal bankers sitting in their cubicles. Even opening 1 additional window would help to expedite things. They should have associates cross trained so that they could jump in and assist the tellers when this happens.

Wow usually you walk in a bank and they jump on you not here you stand up front and wait, there is no order no one greets you. Try a different bank don't waste your time here.

Been in line for over 50 min. It's Friday, payday! There are 2 tellers and both are moving so slow. Is there not a manager working to step in? Is there not anymore else that knows how to teller? This is a joke! People have been in line for over an hour and people walk right up to the Merchant banking Line and they help them first! At this point everyone is line is upset. This has happened on more than one occasion but today has been the worst. I still have 4 people ahead of me and haven't moved at all. So much for making it to work on time

This bank is a joke! Bank somewhere else if you care about your money and your accounts. Four times my account was hacked, four times I change my debit card and four times Wells Fargo acted like it wasn't a big deal. I finally had to close my account because they were not gonna do anything about it. When I close my account they didn't even ask why. They don't give a crap about customers!!! if you want your account to get hacked stay with Wells Fargo, as I guarantee it will happen to you and you will not be supported. If you've got your money in this bank I recommend you change banks immediately!

This bank sucks so BAD! Customer service is down the drain. Tried to open a new savings account for my children and they told me I had to wait just to tell me what are the required documents needed to open one. So I left, opened one at another WF branch that knows their s**** The drive thru is ridiculous. Only 1 lane when it clearly has room for 2. The wait is about 5 minutes per transaction IF you are lucky. Otherwise, it's longer wait time. The parking lot is just poorly constructed... hence, why there is only 1 drivethru lane, the other one is used as an exit lane instead. Small entrance/exit. Tight squeeze to get thru the lot. If there is an emergency, forget about it. You might as well leave the car, there is no way you can get out without wait or hitting someone.

This branch was one of the best for many years. I've banked here since it opened in 2006 and watched the bank grow with lots of happy customers over the years. I loved this bank, the tellers were friendly and they serviced the customers efficiently with little to no wait. Now it's a whole new operation with a terrible manager with no clue!! He allows poor customer service and long lines. Most all the tellers are new as the turn over is out of control, I don't enjoy seeing a new teller every time. The wait for a teller here is not reasonable, most days are 10 mins or more and only 2-3 tellers working the counter while 10-15 customers are waiting impatiently and getting attitudes. I have many personal accounts and a business account with them, I plan on leaving ASAP because the fees are ridiculous, they didn't disclose the fees and started charging me these additional fees in December. No open disclosure on those, then at the end of the month they appear on your bank statement. This is borderline illegal and should be investigated by the attorney general. I'm paying about $250+ a month in fees for the privilege to deposit my cash and get some change. Today I asked to get the coin charge fees waived as they weren't disclosed to me, they said sorry all fees are charged and nothing we can do about it. I'm leaving and closing all accounts.

Came in today and cashed another check exactly like I've done hundreds of times before. But this time the rules have changed again and there was a huge hassle cashing the check. I would recommend using a different bank. It's sad how incompetent this branch is. Good luck getting anything done. Listening to the person next to me right now and they are having a hard time with them as well lol!!!
