The staff at this Walgreens is very friendly and competent. I especially appreciate Jennifer - the pharmaist - who assisted me in replacing lost medicine.

The pharmacy is always fast and efficient and friendly to me, but the automated refill system is absolutely beyond atrocious. The people that thought this system up should be put to sleep, although I'm sure Walgreens didn't make the system, they choose to use it. And piss poor would be a compliment.
I loath talking to machines. You can't even type the numbers in, anymore.

A telemed service suggested I send a necessary prescription here while I am on vacation in Durango. I got an automated text from the telemed service at 1:52 pm that the pharmacy was closed before they could finish my prescription!!! 1:52 pm?? And the pharmacy doesn't reopen until 10 am on Monday (two days after I need my meds)??!! This better be an emergency on the stores part, like the pharmacist suffered a life threatening injury, because if not...holy hell. What a cruel joke.

THE WORST! I've had an RX order in for weeks and they keep telling me it's coming but it never arrives. I have worked in healthcare my whole career and they treated me like I was an idiot. Do not go here.

Reviewing because it's seems a lot of people have had issues with prescriptions. We had a great experience recently - the other Walgreens had screwed up a prescription and the pharmacist here was really helpful in sorting it out.

One lady is rude and obnoxious someone cut in line on me so I tripped and she let them go n front me anyways. Never have ur meds ready for days wen it's blood thinners and I could die but hey who cares though right

These bad reviews are warranted. It takes hours and hours to fill a prescription. Today, they decided to close at 5pm and NO PHARMACY until Monday. Unbelievably unprofessional. UNACCEPTABLE.

If I could give this place a negative star review I would! We have been waiting on them to fill a simple birth control and blood pressure med for 3 days now and each day we have called and spoken to them they said oh it will be ready in an hour and each time we call back they just keep saying that. We finally just tried to go up there today and demand they make it right there but surprise this pharmacy closes at 6pm. What Walgreens pharmacy closes at 6pm on a Monday!?!? It’s also been 3 days without my months blood pressure meds which is incredibly dangerous. We need her meds asap and the people that work here clearly don’t care about anyone’s health and well being, even though that is literally their job.

First of all, rude staff. Extremely slow & doesn’t care to get your prescription to you. I’ve been in town 3 days & still waiting for my prescription. They just keep saying “it’ll be ready in an hour” every time I call & it’s NOT READY.

This walgreens is very difficult to work with and the staff is very rude. My doctor sent a prescription and I was told I needed to wait and pick it up on Saturday only to find out they weren't open. Next when I got back to town now it's not even there to get. I am so fed up I am not going to go back.
