I bought a floral arrangement that I later wanted to put together when I got home. These ladies went above and beyond to make a box that would fit in my checked suitcase to fly back to East TN. Superior customer service and I have never had a better experience.

Urban Market is our go to for gifts! It’s a wonderful store packed with amazing merchandise, I didn’t know I needed. We recently had our first experience with purchasing furniture at Urban Market. The staff, including one of the owners were extremely helpful and not at all pushy. My table and chairs are absolutely perfect and the quality is phenomenal. After the delivery the owner personally called me to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Now Urban Market is not only my go to store for gifts but furniture too!

Danielle and her team at Urban Market were INCREDIBLE at helping me with the interior design of my home. They got to know me and my style and help incorporate that into beautiful design work. Danielle picked out the perfect rug and table and pillows that helped blend my home into a space I never want to leave. Thank you for being responsive, efficient and SO helpful in making my house a home!

Beware. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. The owner of this company (Danielle) is pompous, arrogant, and cares nothing about her services and the customers who pay her bills. I've never had such a bad experience with anyone or any company as I did with and the designers employed at Urban Market. They get you to order merchandise that is expensive and marked up when you could get beautiful furniture on your own for 1/4 of the price (on-line) delivered in 2 weeks; they took 6 months to deliver. The worst part is that you have to BEG them to keep you in the loop about your merchandise they promised months earlier and if changes occur, etc.Find another design firm and spare yourself the heart ache.

The furniture store is not just a store - it is a design center too. The talented staff helped me create a floor plan and then choose furniture and fabrics to create a beautiful and functional environment. Danielle and Janet were professional and organized. Beautifully curated store full of things for impulse buying, gifts for others and just browsing. I got a lovely lunchbox for our train ride the next day for 9.99. Also treated myself to a Voluspa small box candle, luggage space is tight and we still have to buy some local bourbon.

This is one of my favorite spots to shop at in Durango! They have just about everything you can think of: kitchen and cooking accessories, cook books, soaps, earrings, fun signage, and even some children's clothing. It's your quintessential small town boutique with all your odds and ends. It's always a must stop for us, and I always walk away buying something! Prices are fairly moderate, but everything we've gotten there has quickly become a staple. Highly recommend a drop in, whether you're hunting for a stocking stuffer, gift, or just to window shop!

The best store in Durango! They gift wrap anything and are so helpful. The furniture and interior design services are the best kept secret. The women owners have done an amazing job with their purchasing and support local artist as well as companies with a cause. What a special place to have here in Durango.

Store is full of cute things and unique wants, but the staff is so rude it’s not worth shopping. I had been shopping around town and had three bags with me. They insisted to take my bags to put them behind the register, and it felt as through they were doing it for security reasons. They did not do this to other shoppers and when I asked the cashier why it felt weird they took my bags their response was “was it weird? (Audible ‘hmm’ and sarcastic smile)”This is my first poor review of a business before, but I felt it necessary. It’s difficult not to feel insulted about this.

When I’m shopping, this is exactly the kind of store I hope to find. Loved everything in it. There were things I hadn’t seen elsewhere. Prices were good. Staff was friendly. I just wish I didn’t live so far away.
