My significant other has a unit here and with summer arriving it has become our a second home after how many times we find ourselves needed something we stored away for the winter..the only problem I have is the hours saying they close at 8p and yet the gates don't close. I'm ok with the gate being open as long as the staff doesn't feel the need to remind us we need to leave the premises after we just arrived and opened our unit right before it turned 8p. 24hrs is better and accommodates us more so maybe we will look to relocate our things sometime soon..

Good luck with this place. Moved out tried to contact the office and let them know left several voicemails, notes through the deposit box and was charged two months with not having any items in the storage unit had to threaten legal action to get them to stop charging me. Word of advice don’t do automatic payments.

I seem to have had several thousand dollars worth of personal belongings stolen! I can't contact these people and have had nothing from them regarding payment after paying for thirteen years! The U-Haul corporation doesn't acknowledge them as an associate. Thinking I'll have to resort to legal means.

They don’t cancel when you ask them too. They continue charging you monthly when you’ve already vacated the unit and no one ever answers the phone to help get the problem sorted. Do not sign any contract with them

It is impossible to contact this place! I have called countless times during business hours, left voicemails, emailed many times! There has been NO response despite trying to reach them almost daily for weeks!!!!! I just want to renew!!!!!

Easy access, gate definately closes at time posted SHARP, adorable little Morgan baby helps her mother manage the place. Units have clean pallets inside each space provided, bring your own lock, tight turning radius in some areas, good place to pick up or drop off uHaul equipment, set up auto pay if you can, inquire about climate controlled and sizes of storage spaces. Located next to the yummy Bread place, across the street from those awesome auto shop guys, and walking distance to a small strip mall for those of you non-adventurious type to visit while you wait...if it is the lunch hour break at the Mini Storage front desk.

I have a unit here and have been trying to contact them for over a week now to try and resolve an issue with no response. I have called, left countless voicemails (all during business hours), and emailed with no response at all. Very frustrating.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Been trying to contact this location for several days and WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR ANSWER THEIR PHONE! 3 days ago I left a message to call me back and now when I call it says "mailbox is full, can not accept any new messages" so obviously the employees aren't doing their jobs.
