“An auto parts store told me I needed a new alternator after their quick test. I went to Firestone to get one installed. The guys recommended they retest before just installing a new alternator. It would cost but not a tenth of the cost of a new alternator. They called when finished to say there was nothing wrong with the alternator, saving me a ton of money. That’s great service and honest auto repair work!”
