Tech-Nichol saved me having to duplicate a week's work of data input by retrieving corrupted data from my USB flash drive. SO thankful!

I may have chosen to rate as 5 stars but no one is perfect. I was delayed by one day. The tech decided to leave for the day and my device was not repaired in a timely manner as promised. I had to take early leave from work at the of the day to claim the phone. Thank you
