Renting a pallet jack from this facility was quite easy and definitely cheaper than any big box store. The rep was quite nice and informative. Will definitely work with them again!

Target is one of my favorite teams of people I've ever dealt with. Every department is on it and makes hard things easy. I bought a Bobcat E50 with Zach and the process was seamless. Special shout out to my rental rep Fidel. There is no better customer service rep in the area. He is kind, courteous and professional. No one better. I highly recommend doing business with Target!

Last Friday I went in to purchase a drive chain from Jeff in the parts department. I stated I was after the chain the bucket I brought with me. I stated I would like a chain with a master link, he assured me that part was on the way. Even nice enough to max out overnight shipping at $100…two days later I received the wrong part a day late. I went in to return the part and was refunded for the part only. I stated that it came a day late and the wrong part. He walked away from me while I was speaking and stated company policy everyone does it. This will be escalated not for the dollar amount for the sheer lack of respect and customer service.

I came here last winter to buy a bobcat on a Monday, sales guy wasn’t in and I bought a bobcat next door. Today I’m here to buy an aerial lift and the sales guy again isn’t here. Can’t rent or buy. Front desk staff gave me his card and sent me out the door. This has been my experience.

Thank you, Fidel, for getting things done and answering your phone when you were out sick to follow-through. Being a contractor from out of town, you need companies you can rely on and be straightforward with you. I'll say that Fidel did exactly that. I trust him and the company he represents. You deal with the person, not the corporate company.. He represents himself, his promise and the company as one should. Thank you

Our company used Target Rental to help with our training. They have a wide variety of equipment and let us use their open space to practice and train. The staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and provide great customer service!

This review is long overdue. I purchased a T62 from Target. Zach worked with me to ensure I got the right machine for my needs and kept in touch as there was a bit of delay due to the Covid supply chain. Since then, I've worked with both the parts and service dept. and each have been helpful and quick to support my needs. Ben did a service call at our property and did a great job getting my machine back in optimum order. I'd highly recommend Target and their team!

This place is what a rental company is supposed to be. The competition locally does not even come close. Fidel, in particularly, does the job of 3 people and does it very well. I wont use anyone else.

Booked a machine 3 weeks in advance. Used my information on their computer from past 3 rentals and made a reservation with the salesman. Spent about 15 minutes on the phone for details. Called to confirm my rental the day before and they have no record of my reservation. They were not willing to do anything to help me with a bad situation. Bad service. Unprofessional. They do not care.

We have rented large and small chippers and a stump grinder from these guys. Their equipment has worked well and if I needed more assistance than they could walk me through on the phone, they sent someone to me. I appreciate them having well maintained machines and I will rent from them again, as I have already done so. This saves us from having to invest in large equipment for occasional jobs.

I have had a few experiences with this company. It's always positive. However, the last time things got sideways, neither their fault nor mine, but weather conditions, flat tire, missed communications, etc., made it a hellacious morning! But these guys went above and beyond to make things right for me. This company is definitely about customer service, and being in the industry of customer service it was nice to be on the receiving end of what I try to provide for our loyal customers when things don't go right for whatever reason.I frequently deal with Jeff in the rental department who is always helpful and great to work with. The last time I spoke to Jason a couple of times about a confusing billing issue and he was very helpful in clarifying it. I have had interactions with numerous other people across the board and all were very friendly and courteous.
