Disappointed with their customer service. Not willing to help. I hear from a staff “I can’t do anything as my hands are tied” and you see that he did not make an attempt or effort to solve the problem. I wish their staff are trained on the area of service orientation, problem solving, and customer care. I have been to many TMobile center and this branch has been the worst.

The best customer service experience, Ryan Burnett, in my 73 years, me a former Hi-Tech top executive. Ryan is impossible: Extraordinary technical knowledge, profound humanity and decency, utter delight to work with. I came in to ask a question and went out with a purchase. And because of him will be singing the praises of T-Mobile every place I go. Another complimenting Ryan or T-Mobile, I'm just being honest. What an extraordinary human being Ryan is. May we fail to extinguish his soul. James

Curly haired dude with the pink and black sweater is SUPER rude. Throwing his hands up and rolling his eyes at a person who is blind, when we walked into the store he said what's the problem now like we inconvienced him. Treat people better especially people with a disability their lives are hard enough.

The store hours show that it should open at 11:00 a.m on Sunday. I was there from 11:00 to 11:50 and still no T-Mobile employee show up.

My iPhone kept overheating, took it by to the shop where I purchased it. Told me there was no problem. Walked out phone still wouldn't charge and the guy seems to lie. Thinking about opening my own repair shop just to ensure excellence

Says they're open on Sundays supposed to be there by 11 and no one is there at the store hardly ever have any employees there to help anybody and nobody knows what the hell they're doing or has any education on cell phones and services and plans and stuff

Today I was at them with a problem because my network and messages didn’t work.I try to explain to the girl that I am a J1 visa and I don’t have the code that she asked but she says that she can’t help me even if I show her the site that I make my subscription from T-mobile (J1 visa).

This is not a T-Mobile corporate store. It's a franchise. As such, don't expect them to lift a finger if you didn't actually buy your phone from them. I was eventually helped, but they insisted on having an receipt from my original purchase (which I had to call T-Mobile to get) before they would even confirm that they had a replacement. The guy there gave me the distinct impression that he felt burdened by my issue (which T-Mobile had told me this store could help me with) and he was trying to use any excuse to not help me.

This store has the most unhelpful and rude employees. Unbelievable. Just look at any other reviews if you need confirmation. I’ve been to other t mobile stores and been helped with the same problem I went in with today and the guy here just told me he can’t do anything about it. No resolution. No conversation. Just lazy and understaffed.

I have had awful service here. I was originally helped by a gentleman named Alex, who was quite helpful and pleasant, and he fixed my issue. The next time I had an issue, I had a young female, can't remember her name, it was about 3 weeks ago. She was absolutely the rudest person I've ever encountered, and I finally left and called the T-mobile customer service number to get help. I told the agent on the phone that I spoke with about this girl, and made sure that they knew that the agents at the store were rude and unhelpful. I wish I could remember her name, as I'd call her out personally. I'd avoid this store at all costs if I were you. This young woman millennial is going to be in for a very rude awakening someday when she gets out in the real workforce. No employer will tolerate her attitude towards her work and the people she is supposed to serve. In the meantime, get your t-mobile service online, don't go to this store. You'll be sorry if you do.
