These guys have well outfitted facilities and capable craftsmen. Admittedly, I was probably a thorn in the side to deal with but they were patient and we came to an agreement. Though my needs were more pedestrian, I was able to see their work, and it is impressive.

The Bottom line is product (Anderson widows) are great, Design help was OK, follow up and call backs is poor. After sale there was no customer service ( call backs ) or follow up with any issues. Below is the sequence of my transaction with SoCo.I went into SoCo and first discussed my windows in Nov 2023. Went back in Dec. 2023 and spent about an hour reviewing all options and openings on doors (patio sliders) and talked extensively on which way the door would slide and on the gliding windows which way they would work. Rapport with Rachel in sales was great. That day I signed the order and put down required deposit.It was a custom order and I was informed it would be about 12-16 weeks.After 12 weeks called to see where we were on delivery. It took 4 calls over a week to get any response. A week later I got a call partial order arrived and they wanted to deliver immediately Informed them I need to get help to lift and move the large windows. I called back to arrange delivery no one knew what I was talking about and said they would get back to me 4 calls over the next week, finally,got someone who even knew we had an order. They delivered the next day.One of the sliders is opening on the wrong side and it took 4 calls (all promised a callback) till I reached my sales person and her response was you signed the order that way. I reminded her that we talked extensively about how the door was to open. The only answer is "you signed the order".I am not the window expert and when finalizing the order a 12 document I relied on their expertise to get it right.After installation I was not happy with color of the handles and after 3 calls got a hold of Rachel and told her I wanted different handles and I would pay for them. She said she would look into it and get back to me the next day. I waited 4 days and called her again after two more attempts finally caught her on the phone and she said she would call Anderson and get back to me the next day. I waited another week and finally called Anderson myself and had my new handles in three days. Its the lack of follow up and lack of caring that a mistake in ordering was made that has led to the low rating. Again I am very happy with the Product but not the customer service. I still have a door that slides the wrong way, but I'll get used to it.
