Loved this place when we visited. Very knowledgeable and great service provided. I ordered a gift for my wife and was pleased by the personal touch in the packing as well as a phone call that let me know they would be giving a discount that was not indicated online. Great spot with great fashion.

Terrible return policy. I bought an expensive dress and wasn’t told you can only get store credit I’m from out of town and have no want for store credit. The manager I talked to was condescending. If I buy a $70 dress and return it the very next day with the tag and receipt I would expect to be given my money back

I adore this store and the lovely employees! I'm a little bit picky when it comes to clothes, so I usually don't find much when I'm out shopping. But almost every time I go to The Sparrow, there are multiple pieces I love! And the manager and employees are always super friendly, helpful, and honest. They give great suggestions on how to complete an outfit too! So happy we have this little gem in Durango.

such a cute little shop!! went in because the name reminded me of "sparrow" by big thief and found that they had a nice lil record collection with the likes of japanese breakfast, snail mail, and swamp dogg. cute selection of clothes as well and the employees were lovely, directed me to a new cafe that had opened in the city since I last came. much love!

The ladies in the store are always more than helpful and very knowledgeable. I very regularly go in to get stuff for my wife and I have never ones had a bad experience. Love their stuff and all of the employees
