Do not go to this liquor store if you want the worst customer service in Durango. The older guy that works there is rude and disrespectful every time I've gone in there. Highly recommend choosing one of the many other liquor stores in Durango

Lady working there today (Saturday) was almost as rude as the man that usually sits behind the counter during the week! No hello when we came in. No can I help you with anything? Found what I wanted and she was already standing behind the counter. Still no talking until she had rung everything up, and then just said is that all? I said yes, and paid. She just stood there and I had to ask for a bag. She was very put out and grabbed a large paper bag, and even threw some small bags on the ground because she couldn’t open them. Never again sorry!!

Went there today ( Saturday) and the lady was almost as rude as the man who always sits behind the counter during the week! No hello when we entered. No can I help you find anything. Went to pay and she was already there....still no talking. After she rang me up she said is that all? I paid and she just stood there. I said can I have a bag please? It was like I insulted her! She put my beer in a big bag but couldn’t get the small bags apart so threw some on the floor. Never again!! The weekday man is terrible so thought I would try when he wasn’t there. The place is a joke and I can see why I was the only customer there!

I also was treated with contempt by the same woman in this store today. My mask was even covering my nostrils and over my mouth. She is on a power trip about masks instead of being nice about it and selling products. She rudely demanded I pull my mask up to my glasses. I turned around and walked out. The male cashier was making snide remarks as I did. They have lost my business for good.

I highly suggest to never go to this place unless you want to be treated poorly!! The woman that works there is EXTREMELY rude & hateful. I went in with my mask on but had my mask under my nose, and as she approached me she said VERY rudely you need to have your mask over your nose. I put the mask over my nose & continued to look for what I wanted to get. She then asked what is was I was looking for (still very rudely) and when I told her she said I might have that and had a dirty look on her face as if I was bothering her. The whole time she was so hateful & I did absolutely nothing wrong. So because of this I will NEVER be giving that place my business. Kinda small selection and over priced anyways

Bad experience here with an older woman that was rude to me. No greeting, no help, I was the only one there with three employees. Took me a short time to pick tequila and and long time checking out despite no line. I actually had to ask if i was in the right place to check out as employees just stood there 5 feet away, unaware.
