Surprisingly reasonable for an on-mountain gear shop. Decent selection. The real highlight is Tish, who absolutely slays it. She knows her s**t, and can really set your up with exactly the right equipment for your needs.

Complete waste of money for mountain biking. The trails are not well marked and the biking staff is unhelpful and rude.

Stopped by yesterday to ride the mountain coaster with a group of 6. They do not sell single rides and said we’d have to buy passes that are $54 each! That would of cost us over $300 for 1 ride! Crazy greedy so we left. We used to stop by on our vacations for a little fun but never again until single rides are brought back.

The pricing system is complete junk. It is demand based, meaning a price changes as the date approaches. I got stuck once — and the tickets are now going elsewhere. The $199 I was gouged has cost Purg $500 in lost tickets because I won’t go back until the pricing changes — and I’ve encouraged others not to cave on the prices.

My family stayed at Purgatory Resorts @ Peregrine Point, unit 305, on July 28-31. The condo clearly had not been cleaned properly between guests. Popcorn kernels on floor in living room, dirty socks under bed, and clogged shower. My husband, my 4 children, and myself returned home with lice. Lice treatment for my family has cost over $600. I called the resort to report and was told that there was no guarantee we contacted it there. It’s the only place we stayed on vacation and we did not have it prior.

We were super excited about the off-road go carts. Unfortunately they only have two carts running at a time which means we waited 1 hour to ride. One we go on the carts are extremely slow.... extremely. Good for a 6 year old, but even my 10 year old was not impressed. Also the track is really just an oval... no figure 8 or fun twists. No passing each other. Very underwhelming. Also, the signs around the resort are severely lacking. All signs tell you where to go for winter stuff, but nothing for summer. We spent a lot of time guessing where to go (especially how to get from the main area to the go carts). The trails to get from one place to another are not well marked and the postcard size map was not helpful. All that aside, The mountain coaster was great. And the scenery is beautiful. All in all not worth the $200 for a family of 4.

Extremely poor line management! Paid $49 each to ride a slide two times!!! The wait was an hour and a half per ride because parents were holding spots in line for their kids and kept letting them cut in line. Great values to teach your kids. What a waste of money. We do this every summer but won’t return again after this years experience

Do not waste your money on any of the summer activities! We spent $250 on our family of 5. They advertise that you can do 3 of the 5 activities as many times as you want. The lines are so long we were only able to do 4 activities, one time each. Only two go carts worked at a time on a tiny track. The ski lift for the alpine slide only allowed about every 10th or 15th chair to be used. So we waited in line for about an hour for each activity, then each activity only lasted about 1 minute. It would be worth it if you only spent $10 or $15 per person, not $50

We had our wedding there and I can't say enough amazing things about Shea and Stefanie!! They were extremely responsive throughout the whole process as I had tons of questions all the time! They always had an answer and helpful information. I am from Texas so I had never even seen the resort or met Shea until the day before the wedding. I was nervous but Shea made sure we had everything we needed and made sure everything went off without a hitch! The resort and ceremony and reception sites are absolutely beautiful! As a nervous bride hearing horror stories about things going wrong on wedding days, I was waiting to see what would go wrong, but absolutely nothing went wrong and everything was perfect! Can't say enough about this amazing place and these amazing people!

Supposed to open at 11:00 most stuff opened after 11:30. No very well managed. People where out using gas weed eaters while guests where walking around. Could have done that from 7am-11am while they weren't open. Half of the rides never opened so we got our money back and left.
