This place is great! Extremely friendly staff, clean store, get inventory and prices! It was a pleasure meeting store manager Dominique, she was so kind, patient, really cared about my shopping experience and finding me exactly what I was looking for.

Employee followed my fiancee and i around the store and asked us 5-6 times if we needed help while we answered every time, we are just browsing thank you. Ive been a manager in retail for a number of years and no this is not how you treat people. You should say ok my name is blank let me know if you have any questions or need anything. I was going to buy a nice dress and coat for my partner and a sweater for myself. Felt like we were getting hovered over. Also a side note for a high end store you never hang wool sweaters

One of the best men's and women's clothing and leather goods boutiques in Durango. Professional, exceptional staff make shopping here a delightful experience. I am never disappointed when I enter the wonderful ambience provided by this store and find beautiful, ever-changing items to choose from. We are blessed to have Parts Unknown in Durango!

I phoned 1hr after closing. A woman answered. Said I could be there in 3min (from 699 main) to make straight across exchange, item too small. After poor excuses she hung up on me! I won't return to shop because I live 300mi away. But guess what I'll tell anyone I know planning a visit to Durango! Which, up to 10hrs before my departure, was a pretty cool town.

Manners Unknown would be more of a fitting name for this store. My boyfriend and I asked one of the workers who was at the register if we could each get our sizes for some shoes. She immediately looked at us with the display shoes in our hands and in a very rude tone said, "we don't just give away our shoes here!" We replied with a simple, "we understand", and said we were bringing the display for sizes. She took the shoes and headed to the back with another worker. As we waited for our shoes, we both had a very unsettled feeling about how this woman treated us. The other employee brought my boyfriend's shoes back to try on. While the rude woman quickly handed them off and walked away. I'm sure she must have had some sort of guilt for what she said, or at least I hope so. Luckily, for her, the employee who helped us with our fittings was beyond awesome. I mumbled to my boyfriend that she was the saving grace for the store getting two sales from us that day. I wish I could have just had the wonderful employee all along and this review would have been a solid 5/5.

Nice shopping experience. This store has very nice clothing and shoes for both men and women. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hello,ya'll! This store is unique with beautiful employees! They've got a very clean set up all around with such awesome taste! Their updated trend is absolutely stunning!! I love that their employees are helpful and they greet customers well with great attitude and professionalism!! Ask & you shall receive... get over there and check it out! My experience with them went really great, thank you!
