Browsing looking for t-shirt as I entered no problems, after walking around a shelf the young girl told me they don't allow ice cream in the store, no signs entering the store, we let her know, supposedly someone tore it off the window, well put a new one up, but No Worries, lost my business, ended up buying what I needed somewhere else

Best souvenir selection and definitely the best prices downtown Durango. Able to get shirts, ornament, toys, and snow globes all at 1 location.

I typically don’t give bad reviews but I was sold a defective hoodie that I tried to exchange after my grandson wore the hoodie one time. It was within the 7 day limit to exchange an item. Their policies are that the item can’t be worn. However, the grommet should not have come off after one time of a child wearing it. The store has nice merchandise but they DO NOT back the products they sell for the sake “of it wasn’t damaged when it left the store”…..the right thing to do in this case is to honor the product over their need to be right. I will not shop at a place that doesn’t honor their products. I would understand their point of view if the time frame was past the 7 days, the hoodie and been worn and washed multiple times. Bad reviews have a greater impact on business than it would have been to replace the hoodie and send the defective one back to the manufacture for a credit. The store would NOT have been out any money and they would have had a happy customer that would return to and refer their store to other customers.

I kept walking past this souvenir shop, and kept seeing this t-shirt in the window I wanted. Because the town has been closing shop at 6pm (because of covid) I said I better go now, or I'm not going to be able to get it. So I ran in, went to the t-shirt section, and luckily they had one left in my size. While the cashier was ringing my purchase up, I took a look around, and thought I have to come back here before we leave to go home tomorrow. They had so many interesting cute souvenir items, and the prices seemed reasonable for a resort town. I was in and out within 5 minutes. But in that five minutes I could see that anything you could possible want that says Durango, or Colorado, or both is in this store. By the time we got back from our excursion the store was closed, and I was disappointed, because we had to leave early in the morning. I didn't have a chance to get anything except my t-shirt. :( I will have to plan a trip for next fall when the leaves are changing. Such a beautiful time to visit Durango. Make sure you bring extra dough though as this town is expensive.

I was looking for some special gifts for my son and my grandchildren, but I didn't want to enter a store because I am in the at risk category for COVID-19. So I called and asked if they had some cute Colorado/animal type shirts that I was looking for and she was so helpful and sent me a text with a picture of one of the shirts. I gave her my credit card over the phone and she said they had an alley exit I could drive around to the alley and she would come out and bring me the sack. She really went out of her way to help me out and the items in the sack were absolutely darling I love them! So excited to give them to my family members!
