One of my worst liquor store experiences in a long time. I am in Durango for my 21 year old's birthday. Came in and got several bottles of bubbly, bourbon and beer. Two guys working, no one else there. While ringing up, asked for a bag of ice. 'Nope' was the response. Quizzical was mine. Eventually told me there is no ice, company isn't delivering. Asked if I could stay parked in my liquor only spot and run over to City Market (50 yards, maybe) and get some. 'Nope' again. Second later 'No one in Durango has ice'. Crazy but okay (???). I pay and stand there looking at multiple bottles/six packs. 'Uh, can I have box to make it easier?'. He got one. Then I pick up the whole lot and maneuver out the door (opening with my butt) while they both watch. WTF??? I need coffee so run over the City Market, they have a ton of ice. If your customers need it and you don't have it, offer alternatives. Walk your a** over at opening and see if they do if you don't. I am in Durango 8-10 times a year, my kid is now 21 and now lives on the south side and neither of us will ever go in again! Bummer for you.

Has alcohol, usually feels like you're going there for far more illicit drugs though.
