I was a walk in and the gal at the front desk was awesome, professional and friendly. I had to wait maybe 30-45min, not awful. But the lab tech was abrasive, cold and didn’t seem to like her job very much. I tried asking a question about the results, as it was my first time there and she was bothered by my question. I asked if the results were emailed to me and my provider… to which she barked NO! I’ve been is customer service related jobs my whole life, she could’ve said no I am sorry they will be emailed to your provider only in approx blah, blah days. She never thanked me, never said have a great day… nothing. I was an inconvenience to her day.

Came all the way in from Aztec for an pre employment drug screen. On the website you can make an appointment for specifically a pre employment drug screen. Came in and told me they couldn’t do it because it’s 2:30 and they stop doing drug screens at two. I work in medical, I feel like they could had easily done it. They need a new system update altogether because LabCorp is just getting to be ridiculous. I don’t recommend them to anyone.

My experience here was great! It was easy to make an appointment online, although the QR code/link didn't work to check in from the parking lot. They let me wait inside (it was a very short wait - not busy at all), and Angel was great at drawing my blood. She found my vein on the first try and was gentle - it was as painless as possible. They also answered all my many questions. I don't know why others have had a bad experience, other than saying they couldn't find a vein or it was painful, but I know from experience I HAVE TO be well-hydrated to avoid those issues. This is a much better option for me than drawing labs in Cortez, as it's about 20% of the cost of going through my doctor, who is affiliated with SW Memorial Hospital. $170 labs at LabCorp vs. over $700 through SWMH, so it's worth two hours of driving total to go to Durango for my blood work!

Having become a connoisseur of medical facilities over the years, I have enjoyed my experiences at this LabCorp. Some days they've been very busy and could use additional staff, others it was just me.Based on conversations I've overheard in the wait room, it's important to remember that this isn't a doctor's office, nor are they in direct communication with your doctor. Instead, LabCorp receives an order and these fine people execute that order.Nevertheless, it's always worth calling ahead to make sure they received your order.Would bleed here again.

Went in for blood work and the “doctor” and front desk lady were constantly arguing with each other. Would recommend driving to another lab corp over this one any day.

These people are very good at what they do!! I'm terrified of needles! They got me through so clean and perfectly, it was a breeze!!! Very nice people and professional!

Never had any problems here until the very sweet southern lady started. This lady is the nicest person in the world but can't draw blood without killing my arm 2x now. Both times could not hit the vein so then moves the needle around inside causing excruciating pain. Both times leaving tremendous bruising. Please get this nice lady more training. Your other phlebotomists do not have this issue.*Update: it's been over a week since this draw and my arm still hurts severely. What did she do to my arm?!

I stepped into the building for a routine blood draw - there were at least ten people cramped into the small waiting room, standing room only, and only about half of them were wearing masks. I left. This could be alleviated by having people sign in and wait in their vehicles, allowing only 2-3 people in the waiting room at any one time. Lots of businesses do that now. Can't speak to how well they perform otherwise because I was not going to stand around for a length of time in such close quarters with people who aren't wearing masks.

I had a great experience with Labcorp in Durango, CO. The appointment set up online was easy. The cost was very reasonable. The tech who drew my blood was excellent. Probably better than any other tech I've had experience with. No pain, no bruise. The results were in my inbox the next day.

Booked appointment online, arrived at facility which was very clean and covid safety protocols were in place. I did not have appropriate paperwork, but Sage patiently directed me through the online order process. Thanks to her, the appointment went seamlessly, and test results were provided within 24 hours.

My wife had a blood work in the beginning of July, paid for it, and 4 weeks later the results are still not available in the portal. She called asking for it, and still nothing. She was told the results would be ready in less than 2 weeks! Terrible company!

I requested my appointment through requestalab.com to pay without insurance and then made my appointment (you don't have to make an appointment, but I prefer it so I like that option) on the Labcorp website. A few steps, but totally doable and not a problem. Just saw Sage and I got to go right in, she was super sweet, and found my vein with no issues. People who complain about needlesticks need to make sure they're well hydrated. Not just one glass of water. I will definitely be back....seems to be better pricing all around compared to Mercy.
