My wife and I have known Rob for about ten years. This was our first property purchased with him. He is genuine, down-to-earth, and extremely detailed. All characteristics make him a terrific broker for Keller Williams Realty.I contacted Rob on a Saturday morning, in mid-November, after coming across a home for sale in the Durango market while walking my dog. As I expressed some interest in the property, Rob immediately went to work gathering competitive comparisons and connecting with the listing agent to see if it was available to visit. Before noon that Saturday, we were able to access the house. By that evening, and after considerable discussion with Rob, we had proposed an offer to the sellers. Within 24 hours it had been accepted. Through the next several weeks, as the terms were being finalized, Rob kept us informed and corresponded all information with us via phone, email, and text. I wanted to thank Rob for assisting us in purchasing our dream property in Durango Colorado. From the first time I contacted him, he was attentive and informative. Being from a different state and not knowing the Durango area in great depth, he was a continual go-to to answer all of our questions. It was an investment to take the time to fly to Durango and check out the area, which we did twice. Rob greeted us each time and took all the time we needed to visit potential properties and provided us with insight as to the positives and negatives of each property. Once we narrowed down the property of our choice, he had already carefully analyzed the property to give us thought out suggestions as how to successfully build to achieve the best views possible. Meeting Robert Johnston with Keller Williams Realty was a great experience. Rob came highly recommended from local Durango businesses that we had contacted as we were living out of state.Meeting Rob via FaceTime, he wanted to get to know us and build a rapport. We can’t thank Rob enough for the stellar way he handled the sale of our 72 acre Hesperus property.
